Only guests living abroad and having dual citizenship can be accommodated using international passports

The hotel is wonderful. The stylized design is impressive from the very entrance. Everyone at the reception is friendly. The lobby bar has delicious coffee and cheesecakes. The brunette waitress was very pleasant, she tried to help with everything (we were with a baby). There are many elevators, but you have to wait, and they are small. The semi-lbx room is large, there are many windows overlooking Sochi Park, but the sound insulation is not bad. The maids are excellent. We tried very hard. The sofa in the room is not suitable for sleeping. Solid springs. The big bed is good. The Dolce restaurant on site is simply superb. The hotel's buffet restaurant is quite okay, tasty, but not a very large choice. The pool is small. Few sun loungers. Overall I recommend the hotel. Expensive, of course, but free tickets to the park and half board are nice. Impressions are good - the staff is very friendly.

One of the best (or the best) restaurant from the accommodation places where we were (and these are many 4* sanatoriums, hotels and boarding houses in Sochi), not to mention Moscow. 6. 1. Very expensive meals in a restaurant if it is not included in the price of your stay. It is better to book "Bogatyr" on a special offer so that at least half board is included. That's what we did for two years. Find out the cost of meals when booking if they are not included. Otherwise, you will go to a canteen outside the hotel to save 1000 rubles or more. for every breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the positive impressions of your stay will decrease significantly. 2. A very beautiful and well built hotel with a convenient location of the premises. Very beautiful decoration inside the hotel and furniture in the rooms. Well located (in the hotel courtyard) and convenient (especially for children) swimming pool. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent room cleaning. VERY TASTY FOOD WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF DISHES. Beautiful views from the window in any direction. Proximity to Sochi Park (100 m) and free entry every day (at least in the room category we lived in - Junior Suite). Close to the sea, well-equipped private beach. We left “Bogatyr” as if from a fairy tale that had come to an end and we will always miss it if we don’t find ourselves again in a year or two. There are no downsides, unless you have the goal of “sucking them out of thin air.” I would just increase the size of the playground and the number of “small forms” on it, but the animation was a little lacking. But this is not for everyone. Children, accustomed to animation in other places of accommodation, never missed it - there was already enough entertainment.

They didn’t meet me with my things and didn’t show me off (my wife is pregnant). Stands looking. The door didn’t even open. Junior suite. There is mold hanging in the bathroom, coffee stains on the carpet. There are 5 tables in the room and no chair or sofa. Slow elevators. The Internet slows down and disappears. The quality of the hotel interior is low. Free tickets to Sochi Park (conditionally). Many attractions extra charge.
Breakfasts and dinners are good. Prices in bars are reasonable. Exterior of the hotel (outside). The mold was quickly removed and painted the next day.

Super location, the sea is not far, transparent, the hotel itself is a castle beyond all praise, the room is clean, cleaning and towels are changed every day, food is low tide, everything is fresh and tasty, a large selection of dishes, a heated pool, the animators are excellent, other daughters celebrated there , and all the staff are pleasant and cultured, there’s nothing to complain about in general, an ideal place with children! We'll definitely be back! After the hero, I don’t want to go anywhere else!!! And special respect to the park itself 👍🏻 to catch everything and see everything you need to go for at least a week)

A small minus (or rather just for the information of visitors) is that there are a lot of people at breakfast, you can find a free table either early in the morning or closer to 11. Just keep this in mind. It was just the two of us with our daughter, so we simply took empty seats at large tables for 8 people.
Everything: the room, the external and internal appearance of the hotel, the service. When booking, they promised tickets to Sochi Park (one for booking for three nights), but upon arrival it turned out that tickets were issued according to the number of nights booked (we didn’t even use one). The pool was just super - we were in cloudy weather, the sea was stormy, but the water in the pool was warm.

Rather, I noticed: during peak loads, the staff is visibly stitched up, which affects a certain kind of attention. This applies to both the reception and the food area. But it doesn’t really affect the quality of service.
Very good location, everything a child needs (to spend leisure time) is there. I liked that the ticket to Sochi Park was included. Quite a good beach (clean) and serviced as needed. The food left a good impression (there are variety options).

We checked into our room at 14:30. The maids couldn’t cope with the workload, it’s strange of course, in my opinion this is unacceptable for a hotel of this status) well, ok. The pool itself is excellent for both children and adults. Before my eyes, a rescuer saved a girl about 2 years old, the baby was drowning, the rescuer did a great job. The grandmother did not look after her granddaughter. On the day of the congress, my mother had a birthday party and I was relaxing with my son and mother. When checking out, I saw that they were bringing mini cakes to the rooms with the inscription Happy Birthday. Our departure time is already 12 o'clock. I tell the waiter with the cart, my mother didn’t have a congratulation from the hotel today) the guy asked the room number and said that there was nothing for us. At the reception when handing over the keys I asked about congratulations 😅. She said that your guest has a birthday today and there is no compliment from the hotel? They asked me to wait 20 minutes. Ok, let's wait, we still have 30 minutes before the taxi. As a result, we were informed that the cake was in the room, they gave us the keys again, and said that we could drink tea and cake in the room. We went up to the 1st floor, the reception is on the 0th floor. We approached the room, our room was being cleaned, logically, the time for departure had passed. We ask the maid about the cake. The strange location of the room's windows - on the hotel wall, will not be entirely comfortable for those who love sunlight. There are often not enough tables at breakfast, and you have to stand for a while waiting for a table to become available. Sometimes I had to sit down with someone.

There was no hood in the toilet. The double bed consisted of two single mattresses; it was not comfortable to sleep at night. The hangers in the closet cannot be removed. The shower was poorly made, the baseboard separating the bathroom from the shower did not hold water, as a result there was always water in the bathroom, the curtain, no matter how funny it may sound, always intended to stick to the body.
The location of the hotel is super. The breakfasts were varied, it was disappointing to see what was next. The day we changed dishes, I fell in love with your zucchini and omelette with vegetables. Tickets to the park are a very big plus.
