Summer is coming soon, so it's time to think about vacation. In addition, there is still an opportunity to save up to 20% of the cost of the tour, while early booking discounts are in effect. For some tour operators, the early booking promotion ends in April, and for some already at the end of March. Plus, the rate has fallen a little, booking tours is now profitable. If you are interested - write to the PM, I will help you choose the options. Well, for those who have not decided on a vacation spot, read the article and add yourself as a friend, there are many useful posts about vacations with children ahead.

1. BULGARIA

In detail about and I have already written separate posts, so I will not repeat myself.

Briefly about the pros: budgetary compared to other countries (although the concept of "budgetary" this season is extremely relative); most hotels operate on an "All Inclusive" basis and have excellent children's infrastructure (water slides, animation, mini-clubs, etc.); flight about 2.5 hours; mostly good sandy beaches with gentle entry into the sea.

Minuses: not very picturesque nature and the sea; many tourists on the beach in July-August; parents should be more careful, because. there are many cases when children catch rotovirus and all sorts of infections (of course, you can catch it anywhere, or not catch it at all ... but I recommend that you follow the minimum rules - it is better to swim in the sea than in the pool, do not eat fruits that were cut in the heat; the peak of infections occurs in July-August)

Visa: a visa is required for adults and children over 6 years old; If you have a Schengen visa, you can enter using it.

When to go: the season starts at the end of May, but with children, I would advise you to go from June 10th or early July. The sea will have time to warm up by this time, there will not be crowds of tourists yet. I do not advise the second half of July and August.

Approximate prices: the average price of a tour for 10 nights in an all-inclusive hotel with children's infrastructure and animation is 100 - 150 thousand per family (with 1 child). This is in June (it is cheaper in the first half of the month, prices rise towards the end). And of course it all depends on your needs. You can also find a cheap hotel with breakfast or half board, without entertainment and save a lot.

2. CYPRUS

There are also posts about, and other resorts (click on the Cyprus category on the side and read).

Briefly about the pros: long bathing season; many good family-oriented hotels with children's infrastructure, a number of hotels offer holidays on "All inclusive"; children's entertainment in the resorts of Cyprus, such as water parks, amusement parks, an excursion to a donkey farm where you can ride donkeys - the children are delighted! Good beaches (resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras)

Minuses: not the most budget resort, inside the country prices are in euros, which is not particularly encouraging with the current exchange rate; July and August are too hot.

Visa: very simplified visa entry for citizens of the Russian Federation! a pro-visa is issued in 1 day (via the Internet, you do not need to collect documents), it is free!

When to go: Cyprus has a very long swimming season. Someone bathes in May, with children - in early June it will be normal, and in September-early October it’s generally paradise! You should not go in July and August, because. the heat is too intense.

Approximate prices: on average, a 10-night all-inclusive tour to a children's hotel with animation, slides and a mini-club in June will cost 150-200 thousand for a family with a child; on half board - 110-160 thousand. You can save by going to an apart-hotel and cooking yourself.

3. GREECE

Greece is a wonderful country for children's holidays! In the near future I will write about it in more detail, with an overview of hotels, resorts and entertainment. Add friends and follow the news!

Briefly about the pros: beautiful nature and sea; Greece is rich in historical sights; developed children's infrastructure both in hotels and beyond; there are all-inclusive hotels and family-oriented; For holidays with children, I advise you to choose the islands!

Minuses: unless prices are in euros within the country

Visa: need a schengen visa

When to go: the ideal time to visit Greece is June and September; in July-August it is hot, I would not advise you to go; the climate also depends on the region, the warmest is the island of Crete.

Approximate prices: a tour to Greece in a family hotel for 10 nights on All inclusive and half board can be bought from 100 to 180 thousand on average; but add about 15 thousand more for visas and travel insurance to this price! Of course, as elsewhere, you can find hotels cheaper and more expensive ... depending on your needs. Soon I will write a post about hotels in Greece in detail.

4. SPAIN

Spain is a paradise for children! There is a huge amount of entertainment, which is not enough to describe in one post! Follow the news, I will definitely add information on Spain soon, I have accumulated a lot of this information! As usual, consider resorts, hotels, entertainment, attractions.

Briefly about the pros: This country has a lot of advantages! very diverse entertainment, one "Port Aventura" is worth it, boys who love football will be interested in visiting the FC Barcelona Museum; many attractions; a large selection of resorts for every taste; the island of "eternal spring" Tenerife, where you can go even when the summer season has already ended in other countries; and much more

Minuses: of the minuses, except perhaps the prices ... inside the country everything is in euros and is not cheap; tickets to many entertainment venues can reach 20 - 45 euros per person.

Visa: you need a Schengen visa, which means you will have to collect a decent list of documents

When to go: it all depends on the resort; most of the best months are June and September; in July and August it can be too hot and crowded with tourists; on about. You can fly to Tenerife in October-November, even in winter there is a comfortable air temperature, but of course not an option for swimming; and on the Costa del Sol, even in June, it can be cool to swim.

Approximate prices: in Spain, for the most part, hotels operate on breakfast or half board, but there are also all-inclusive; the price varies greatly depending on the category of hotel, type of food and resort; you can find a tour for 90 thousand and 200 thousand (plus visas). I will focus on prices later when I write a post about hotels.

5. MONTENEGRO

Another popular country for families with children. I will write more about it very soon. Well, for now, in short.

Briefly about the pros: favorable climate and beautiful nature; good beaches; friendly locals; reasonable prices within the country, you can have a fairly budget lunch / dinner outside the hotel; there is something to see; short flight.

Minuses: there are few hotels operating on the All Inclusive system, and indeed hotels differ from those familiar to us in Turkey and Greece, for example. Apartments and mini-hotels - villas (there are several rooms-rooms in the villa) are common here.

Visa: if your stay is less than 30 days, then a visa is not required

When to go: in June or the first half of September! July-August is too hot and crowded; a good place to stay would be, for example, Becici, Sveti Stefan, in Budva it can be noisy. More about the resorts will be a separate post.

Approximate prices: there are few hotels with an all-inclusive system in Montenegro, and such a vacation will cost about 150-200 thousand for 10 days per family; but, in my opinion, it is not necessary there, because. You can eat outside the hotel quite budget. In mini-hotels for breakfast, you can buy a tour much cheaper.

Also this season will be popular holiday in Russia, but to be honest, I’m not strong in this and I won’t write about it. I believe that for the same money you can go abroad and get a better vacation (of course, there are different situations and not everyone can travel abroad).
And, of course, there are a number of countries in which there will be a wonderful holiday, for example Italy or Croatia. You can't write about all the countries in one post. I may write about them later.

Thailand became the most popular country among Russian tourists who prefer holidays abroad in January-May 2016, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reported. The data was prepared on the basis of information from foreign ministries of tourism.

For five months of this year, 501.8 thousand Russians rested in Thailand. In second place is Spain (269.3 thousand), in third is Vietnam (180.2 thousand).

It is noted that almost a third of Russians who traveled abroad rested in Thailand this year.

Cyprus and Turkey remain popular destinations for Russians (4th and 5th respectively). The top ten also includes Austria (6th place), Finland (7th), Israel (8th), Bulgaria (9th), South Korea (10th).

The top 10 most popular destinations among Russians for the first five months also included (in ascending order of tourist flow): South Korea (60.6 thousand people), Bulgaria (70 thousand), Israel (102.6 thousand), Finland (114.8 thousand), Austria (123.3 thousand), Turkey (138.2 thousand), Cyprus (171.8 thousand).

In addition to the "closed" Egypt and Turkey, Israel showed a significant decline in tourist flow in January-May - by 24.5% compared to the same period in 2015.

Finland (23.8%), Mauritius (23.4%), Austria (21.3%), Jamaica (20.4%) “sank” by almost the same amount. The Russian tourist flow to Sri Lanka decreased by almost 14.6%, to Cambodia - by 13.7%, to Switzerland and Hong Kong - by 13.4%. Also, a negative trend is observed in Iceland (7.15%), Seychelles (7%), Maldives (1%). The total flow is 1.732 million Russian vacationers. Almost a third of them went to Thailand.

Almost half of the countries from the overall ranking managed to achieve a positive indicator of the dynamics of the Russian tourist flow. In the first place in this category is Bulgaria. According to the results of five months of 2016, the Russian tourist flow to this country increased by 63.7%.

In second place is Cyprus with a growth rate of 52.6% compared to the same period last year. By a wide margin, Indonesia is in third place (an increase of 24.6%). Tourist flow to Vietnam, which has become one of the "alternative" destinations for Egypt, increased by 23%, and to South Korea - by 21.8% compared with the first five months of 2015.

Japan (7.3%), Montenegro (5%), Serbia (2.8%), Singapore (1.3%) were also among the countries with positive dynamics of the Russian tourist flow.

Given the closure of Egypt to tourists and its former popularity, in the period from January to May, this direction showed the most significant decline in tourist flow - minus 98.2% compared to the same period last year, the association notes. In second place in terms of the number of "lost" vacationers from Russia is Turkey. Tourist flow to Israel, according to official data from the country's Ministry of Tourism, decreased by 24.5%.

The data is based on information provided by foreign Ministries of Tourism. The analytical service notes that these are not yet complete statistics on the main tourist destinations.
