Flamingo Grand 5*

I'm still in this hotel now. It’s just that while everyone is sleeping, I’m starting to feel completely overwhelmed. I’ll say right away that I won’t write anything good - the travel agents will write that;) I’ll write something that hasn’t been written here yet.

They wrote here that the hotel corresponds to 5 stars - according to my observations, for this it is not enough to have territory, good room layouts, a good restaurant, swimming pools, baths, etc. - after all, you spend part of the time in the room - that’s what we’ll talk about:

We had 2 rooms - a 2-room one, and a little simpler - one room.

I completely agree with the previous review, a good hotel for a family holiday. The main contingent of vacationers are married couples from Germany and Scandinavia. The hotel has a children's pool and a children's park with swings and slides. There are a lot of children's playgrounds and attractions on the Albena embankment.

We had half board, breakfast and dinner. It was very difficult to find a decent restaurant outside the hotel. On the first days of our vacation we had lunch at the Kaliopa restaurant near the beach, delicious food, but no service. Then we bought lunch at the hotel restaurant.

I didn’t like the Albena resort itself at all. There are only hotels in Albena; entry and exit to the resort is by pass. There are no good cafes, restaurants, no beautiful embankment, in the evening you can stroll along the street with souvenir shops, i.e. nowhere to go. We had lunch at the bistro in our hotel or changed dinner for lunch and went to Varna. Varna was also not impressed, the old city. In Varna there is a very good and tasty restaurant, Captain Cook, near the seaport.

Conclusion: the resort is better to choose for a family holiday with small children.

We rested at Flamingo Grand 02.08-20.08, although the hotel was 5*, the restaurant was 4*.

But everything is in order. Our flight was sent to Burgas instead of Varna, and even the departure from Domodedovo was delayed by 2 hours, the flight was only 2 hours 10 minutes, but it turned out to be 4….

FLAMINGO 4*, FLAMINGO GRAND 5* - center of the resort, next to the promenade, territory, infrastructure, restaurant - shared. New hotel, great rooms. In the 4* building, Standard rooms are small in size (optimal occupancy is 1 adult or 1 adult + 1 child). For double occupancy - Studio. The hotel has Swedish management, there is no animation in Russian.

Recreation place Flamingo Grand 5* hotel.

Vacationers: two adults and a 3-year-old child.

Let me start with the fact that we wanted to book the Kaliakra 4* hotel, which is located nearby. According to the rating on Tophotels and reviews it was very suitable. However, at the time of purchasing the tour, it was already the end of June, the hotel was under request and, as expected, everything was booked already in May. Therefore, the second option was Flamingo Grand 5*. And we did not regret this.

Although Kaliakra 4* is located next to the beach, one might even say on the beach itself, but after walking from Flamingo Grand 5*, I was convinced that Flamingo Grand 5* is the best hotel in Albena! (in my opinion). Located in the so-called center of Albena, near a walking street with numerous eateries and shops. The hotels are located next to each other near the beach, alternating with pools and slides, and at first glance it is difficult to understand where whose pool is. I walked around the neighboring hotels calmly and no one said anything (they don’t know that I’m a “stranger”)) I went to Kaliakra 4*. Hmm, the reception there is small, one might even say there is no place for guests to sit, unlike the reception of Flamingo Grand 5. Although in Kaliakra 4 it is a specially designated place with a counter, and in Flamingo it’s just a table!))) and that’s all.

We went on the recommendation of my sister, because she vacations in Bulgaria every year, and having heard a lot and convinced herself, she recommended Flamingo Grand 5 to us. It turns out (I didn’t know) that Flamingo and Flamingo Grand 5* are different hotels nearby.

I want to say that I absolutely do not like flights departing from Moscow; they are somehow inconvenient for traveling with a child. We took off from Moscow-Sheremetyevo at 17.30 (for some reason we were delayed by half an hour). We arrived at 18:35 local time. Varna Airport did not impress me, but I expected it after reading the reviews. The Germans arrived at the same time as us. So we stood and waited until they received their luggage and then we did. Having received our luggage, we had to run around, confused about where to go, because it was not clear who to contact, and we weren’t the only ones who were so lost. Well, it was necessary to look into the documents and see that the receiving party “Good afternoon” and we were looking for Intourist)) well, I must say that those who sold us the trips could explain.

It took an hour and a half to get from Varna airport to the hotel!! They said it would take about 40 minutes, but in the end they were crazy to drive, the child did not wait for the sea and fell asleep. There was a traffic jam from the airport (we were lucky because the airport was small and we caught a lot of arrivals) then while we were driving through narrow streets to hotels, bringing people in... You should have seen how the bus drove back and forth (backwards!!) along a narrow road. As a result, at some hotel we and other people from another hotel were transferred to a car and after 5 minutes we were at the hotel.

No one took us to the reception and we had to figure out where to go ourselves with a sleeping child, suitcases and a stroller.

The main point was that we did not have time for dinner and that, as promised, the host party did not provide us with a packed lunch, saying that they had no information. Although later the representative of Good Day said in surprise that she left all the information.

An important thing is that drinks are paid. So we arrived without thinking and had to buy something to drink at the bar. As a result, then we got the hang of it and, like many others, we bought water at the Aldo supermarket (at least 10 minutes from the hotel) 3 liters for 3 Leva (1 euro = 1.86 Lev).

The things were brought to us by a bodyguard, or whatever it’s called, I don’t remember) having received 100 rubles as a tip.. not too shabby) and he himself said when he saw that we were confused about what to give for tip since we haven’t changed euros yet, which can be done in rubles))

The room turned out to be without carpet, they wanted to change it, but they didn’t. There are pros and cons to this. Plus, carpet is a non-traumatic floor. The downside is that there may be odors from it because it is not known what was done on it before us and how it was washed. As a result, we dance on the slippery floor because when we get out of the bath, it’s still very wet anyway. There are puddles in the bathroom)

I liked that the room was big! The room has a stove! Yes yes there is. For some reason we thought, without seeing anywhere in the picture, that there was only a sink and tea accessories.

In addition, the mini kitchen has: mugs with saucers, one cutting knife, cutlery, spoons, forks, butter knives, a kettle, tea bags, sugar, sweetener, extractor hood, two burners, a sponge for washing dishes, washing up liquid, a saucepan, glasses.

There are 2 toilets in the room! Separate toilet and toilet in the bathroom where, in addition to the bath, there is also a shower.

Robes, slippers.

Shampoo, shower gel, body lotion are added every day.

There is a disposable set of razors, a bath cap, toothbrushes!))

I'll post everything in photos later

We took three meals a day with the idea of not having to run around at lunch to feed the child, although to be honest you don’t have to run around and have everything right next to the hotel doorstep in the literal sense. But we feel calmer and more reliable.

The food is great! Compared to hotels in Egypt. The staff is good. No annoying Arabs. Nobody messes with you. Both young girls and boys and older people work. The room is cleaned by a woman.

We visited in September 2013 as a family of 3 adults and 2 children (4 years old and a baby 8 months old). In general, the holiday and stay at the hotel left a very good impression, and we left home with some sadness)).

We went without travel agencies - on our own, check-in went quite quickly, we got a room on the 8th floor (studio) (double bed, folding sofa (also double) and an extra cot for a baby (as always in hotels - a playpen bed). The room was very spacious, it was convenient that the room had a small kitchen corner (microwave, kettle, stove, set of dishes, mini refrigerator). With small children this is very convenient!! bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, sink and there was also a separate toilet (also convenient when there are 3 adults)). In general, we were extremely pleased with the room. The water was both hot and cold - the children were given a bath almost every day, they themselves mostly used the shower, everything worked.

Cleaning - they cleaned every day, we had a change of linen on request - you just took off the linen and left it on the floor, as well as towels, then they went for a walk and hung a sign asking them to clean up - upon arrival everything was cleaned and made. Unpretentious.

The food was quite tasty, everyone ate, they were healthy)) the little son had his own diet)) We had breakfasts and dinners - we had lunch in numerous cafes (by the end of the vacation, in our favorite ones).

The only negative for our company is the evening animation. Since we had a small child with us, he had to fall asleep listening to a rather noisy animation (unfortunately, our wonderful room faced the stage directly), and even tightly closed windows could not drown out the cheerful sounds)) But, never mind, we fell asleep...

The beach is good)) And the small promenade to the sea was not at all annoying. Of course, there were cigarette butts on the beach (but this is more of a complaint to vacationers), in the evening the beach is cleaned with machines (but not between the sun loungers, but only around...)

We hardly used the Internet - since we were traveling for the sea and relaxation, so I don’t dare evaluate the quality of the Internet.

According to general impressions, this is truly the best hotel in Albena, we liked almost everything and I am happy to recommend it as a hotel for a family holiday.

Good afternoon! We vacationed at Flamingo 4 during the first 10 days of August. The sea is warm and very shallow. You have to go very far to get the water level above your shoulders. By the way, there are no buoys as such on the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free, BUT this beach is not only of the Flamingo 4 hotel (Grand Flamingo 5 has a separate beach), but also of the Kaliopa hotel and another one. (I don't remember the name). Judge for yourself, there is not enough beach space for three hotels during peak season. Reserve sunbeds with towels, etc. items CANNOT be used. The beach administrator monitors this. Our compatriots like to take up and leave at 6-7 am... then at 8.30 the administrator comes and takes all the things to his tent... just like that. Of course, this awkward moment was a point of contention among many tourists. Many people bought umbrellas for themselves.

The beach is sandy, very wide, it is cleaned. Quite clean.

The sea was "blooming". All the algae washed ashore. This was inconvenient for the kids and their parents. Just move away and the water will be clean. The algae “gone away” on the eve of our departure. It's August 10th somewhere. The weather is changeable: it’s quiet and calm, and bam the wind. Rescuers put out a yellow flag, and then a red one. Which means: "Swimming is prohibited." But, rescuers work until 18.00. Then do what you want, swim!!!

The resort is surrounded by pine trees and deciduous trees. You feel very comfortable, there is no heat. There is a lot of oxygen. In Albena there is a natural reserve - a vine forest! Indeed, the nature is very similar to ours.

Nutrition. The breakfast is very tasty. The selection of dishes was the same as everywhere else: porridge, oatmeal, eggs in various forms, rolls, jams, fruits, etc. For dinner they gave: salmon, lamb, pork, rabbit, lula kebab and of course chicken. Side dishes are the same as everywhere else: French fries, rice, broccoli, etc. You won’t go hungry, but overall it didn’t seem very tasty to me... In Greece the food is tastier!! Although in the previous review the chefs were given higher ratings...a matter of taste...

Our room was SMOLL ROOM. the tour operator said that this is like a standard, only with a smaller area. 13 sq.m. in my opinion. EVERYTHING was correct, air conditioning and TV were all there. Only the refrigerator is paid (we didn’t pay for it). But be prepared that there is no view from the room!!! The building is shaped like the letter "L". these smoll are located in the corner of this letter.... It didn’t bother us very much. Although, it was not bad to look at the pool... and not at the neighbors’ windows.. The safe costs 30 levs for 1 week.

For lunch we went to Grand Flamingo 5. Costs 18 leva per person. (2 leva approximately 1 euro). In general, there is a problem with the exchange rate in Albena. They change the euro for 1.86!!! And it is the same in ALL Alobena. In Golden Sands (we were there) 1.92. When the official one was 1.96 ((((And then, as usual.. we changed money at the hotel guide Ivan for 1.92! It’s profitable for him and we’re pleased. Many changed through the terminal. In the lobby the hotel costs. It looks like the official rate there.

This hotel is generally Scandinavian6 relaxing, Finns, Swedes, Norwegians and Germans of course. Animation in German for reference. In general, our language is similar to Bulgarians. very similar, but for some reason the staff prefers to communicate in English!!

Also a buffet, everything is fine, there is a lot of food. Both at lunch and dinner there are very tasty confectionery products: mousse, cake. etc.

The overall impression of the hotel and resort is good. if you don’t pay attention to the Soviet appearance of the resort. (Many hotels, bars from my childhood) are generally cool. Albena is a family holiday. There are no cool discos there. Everything is aimed at children.

We stayed in Flamingo at the end of July for 2 weeks. The hotel is very nice. The room is simply huge, there is a microwave, which is very convenient with small children, there is carpeting on the floor, bathrobes, slippers, all shower accessories, everything is as it should be. Clean, beautiful. The rooms there is a radio that plays relaxation, very useful in a quiet hour, I fell asleep with a bang. The food is excellent, everything is so tasty that I just couldn’t stop, I wanted to try everything, for the first time on vacation I brought extra pounds....)))) We took half board. And we had lunch in a cafe next to the hotel. There are a lot of food outlets there, everything is very tasty and home-made. Our children ate chicken soup, they really liked it, and I was delighted with cabbage rolls. The only negative (again , my subjective opinion) the hotel area is small, but, on the other hand, the main shopping street of craftsmen is nearby, you can take a walk in the evening. But as for the sea.... The beach is gorgeous, sun loungers, umbrellas are all great, but we were unlucky during our visit , algae washed up on the shore and for the entire 2 weeks we had to watch an unpleasant picture, and smell it too. This spoiled the impression of the Black Sea coast. But we did not lose heart, there is a lot of entertainment for children in Albena, and we also went to a water park, to a botanical garden, to Cape Kaliakra and Sozopol. The hotel has a wonderful spa complex. I highly recommend it! And I also really liked the climate, it is very similar to ours and with small children it is very important for those who are afraid to go to hot countries. But the vegetation.... For example, I like the Mediterranean more. In Bulgaria, plants and trees are like ours they are similar, but the roses there are awesome. And one more thing. I advise everyone to buy wine, it is sold at the queen’s residence, there you can taste it and buy what you like. I was delighted with this wonderful drink. I wish everyone a good holiday and a lot of pleasure!!!

Good afternoon A few words about the Albena resort:

This is a closed resort - like a separate city, on its territory there are about 25 hotels, all of which have one owner - Albena Joint Stock Company. They practice interchange of hotels (but only equivalent ones - for example, Boryana - Nona - Elitsa). The resort is guarded and safe. The entire resort as a whole is Soviet-built, but the hotels are constantly being repaired and renovated. The Flamingo Grand and Kaliakra hotels are the newest (they are completely renovated, including facades).

The resort has one of the best beaches in all of Bulgaria (awarded with the Blue Flag for environmental cleanliness) - a wide beach strip, sand, entrance to the sea with a gradual deepening.

The resort is very green; on its territory there is a protected area (forest), protected by the state.

Albena has its own hospital, fire department, and kindergarten with professional teachers. There are many children's playgrounds and water slides on the territory of the complex.

There are many restaurants and cafes in Albena, including those near the beach, where you can enjoy excellent Bulgarian cuisine.

Supply of products to resort hotels and cafes under strict management control.

For young people there are discos and bars - the most popular disco is the Mountain Tsar.

For athletes there are all conditions (tennis, football, field hockey, volleyball, swimming pools, mini-golf, there is its own equestrian center.

Now about the Flamingo Grand Hotel:

The last renovation was in 2009.

5* hotel, in the central part of Albena, next to the shopping street, on line 2, distance to the sea - 150-200 m, hotel guests have their own part of the beach.

The hotel has its own nightclub "Flamingo Grand" and a spa center.

1. furniture! - in the photos - it’s really cool - and in reality - from the same distance - from 4-5 meters it looks the same, when you get closer - cheap, cheap laminate! From the series - a 3-meter kitchen for 15 rubles. in the supermarket :)

2. Doors - almost everywhere "paper" - frame, with cardboard filling - light and swollen - difficult to close;)

3. all sorts of chalk - like the one in the photos - the holder for the paper - fell off on the first day - and no one cares! It hasn't fallen off in the toilet yet, but it hangs crookedly. The shampoo shelf by the bathroom is at an angle. The panel on the bathtub itself rests on one corner on the bathtub, and on the other on the floor. The trim on the doors is all falling apart. In the kitchenette, the doors hang crookedly.

4. and now the most chic thing - I wouldn’t even write about these essentially little things that distinguish 5* from, say, 3* ;) if it weren’t for THIS! Hot water! Here they are clearly trying for Russians, for whom warm weather should be directly associated with the lack of hot water from the tap :) - everything is fine here! 10 times a day there is simply no hot water :) I even took a video - after talking with the staff (very, incredibly polite and good-natured, but absolutely, in Russian, hysterical;)) - I decided to film everything.

ht tp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpdxfuCcPIU

5. - a day after arrival - the light in the toilet went out - it came on the next time 3 days later - during this time the maid came 3 times and the technician 2 times - who quietly disappeared 2 times as soon as I turned away :) I had to call again reception, and for the third time he changed the light bulb! Half of the lamps in the room are not lit because... There are enough burning ones - don’t disturb the technician - otherwise he’ll go crazy - I changed one light bulb for 2 days, and then...

6. - about the Internet. It is there - each room has sockets - we have 2 rooms = 2 sockets :) The cable is given at the reception for free! BUT! It’s short - it’s really better to bring it with you, buy a longer one at a computer store - and then use it. They wrote here that there is Wi-Fi - this is true - of 3 types - at the reception - just open, free. In all public places - open, but you need a login-password (login - reservation number, password - last name) - it’s easier to go to the reception - and they will write all the data on a piece of paper. The third type is Albenovsky Wi-Fi - the whole city is covered with it - right down to the beach. You need to buy access cards - but I don’t understand where and how much. On the Internet (when you connect, their page opens) - they write - at the reception of YOUR hotel - at Flamingo they don’t know anything about it :) I scored. Flamingo's WiFi reaches the room (9th floor), but the quality is below par - it breaks constantly, so - the wire! :)

Overall - a really wonderful hotel - very good rooms - in terms of layout, good territory, swimming pools, restaurant, SPA - everything is wonderful, everything is spoiled by the little things. They just spoil it monstrously. Because both in design and in appearance - real 5* - but if you look closely, it’s like a Chinese fake!!!

By the way, in the SPA there are 2 showers in a common area - the markings on all of them are knocked off - and you can’t understand how they turn on, in the end they figured it out, but the hot water never came out :) - only cold.

The first thought - while we were going to the room - this is how you should mock the hotel, so that in 3 years (it opened in 2008) - it would be so disfigured - shabby - finally everything :) even the doors!!! Then I realized that materials were used that cannot be used in hotels. Absolutely not wear-resistant. The laminate at the ends is already peeling off in many places - it looks great :)) tiles in the rooms - in each room there is always one tile that has already “popped off” :)

We rested at the Flamingo Grand 5* hotel from June 13 to June 27, 2011. Tour operator Transaero tour. I really liked the hotel, it justifies its 5* rating; in the Albena resort there are mainly 3* and 4* hotels. The studio room (with a kitchenette) is large, bright, overlooking the sea. Bathrobes, slippers available, shampoo, shower gel, IV ROCHE body milk. There is WI FI in the room. The food (NV) is very good and of high quality (at breakfast - delicious pancakes, croissants, honey, sausages, at dinner - 2 types of soups, meat, chicken, salads, vegetables, fruit - cherries, peaches, watermelon, melon). The bar on the 1st floor has delicious brewed tea and cakes. The hotel is very clean, they clean, scrub and wash until the night. Walk 150 meters to the sea past the Laguna Beach and Laguna Mare hotels, near which there is a clearing of beautiful roses. The hotel description indicates the first coastline, but in fact the second. I really liked the wide sandy beach with golden sand and the clear sea (shallow, about 100 meters to the depth). For 1 room, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for free, mattresses for a fee, beach towels are issued at the reception for a deposit. Money (euro) was changed at the reception. The hotel has a good SPA salon (cheap facial treatments). and now about the most important thing.

In this regard, we arrived in Bulgaria at 9 pm and spent 2-2.5 hours in a minibus, and were in our room at 12 am.

The hotel is good, they are cleaned well, the rooms, as in the photo of the hotel, are spacious, with a kitchen. The maids are very friendly and clean well, they try to speak Russian. But the girls at the reception, their arrogance and lack of kindness in their eyes... The downside of the hotel is that it’s very cold in the lobby, you come in after the heat and you’re hypothermic, nothing for adults, but our daughter got sick as a result, and many others the children walked around with such a wonderful cough.

The food was good, the chicken was wonderfully prepared, “Shopska salad”, I even became a fan of Bulgarian cuisine, but, nevertheless, it was all overshadowed by our poisoning, first my husband, and then me, and by the end of the holiday, my daughter. There was practically nothing to feed small children in the hotel restaurant, every day there was only semolina porridge and oatmeal in the water, there was also a problem with light soup, it was mostly fatty and spicy, cutlets with pepper, boiled carrots and chicken, once or twice good boiled fish.

We didn’t like the sea, it was very dirty at times, algae, floating disposable dishes, hygiene and protective equipment... You can’t go into such a sea with a child. But there were days with wonderful warm clear water, there were no nippers.

We rented a car, drove around the surrounding area, saw Varna, “Driven Stones”, Aladzha Monastery, Cape Kaliakra, Dobrich.

But we won’t go to Bulgaria again, once was enough for us. There were a lot of sick children with high fever, cough and diarrhea.

The location of the hotel is good, 7 minutes walk to the sea. We rested at the end of June, the sea was +21C, the air + 25C, in 14 days there was rain for 5 days. People take up places on the beach from early morning, so the first line is always busy, especially for Romanians, who come and occupy sunbeds for everything a family, and there are at least 20 of them, and according to rumors, the beach workers are selling the 1st line because when they arrive at 6 in the morning it is already occupied. The rooms are large, all with sea views. The food is very tasty and of high quality, although brewed tea is in short supply, the service is at the same level. The hotel area is small, unfenced, but green. There is wi-fi at the reception. The maids clean the rooms poorly; they brought bathrobes and slippers on the third day after reminders. Prices in the cafe are affordable, Zagorka beer is not bad, plum Rakia is also okay. The people are very friendly, always ready to give advice and help. The holiday is spoiled a little by arriving in Varna, the airport is very small and cannot cope with the flow of passengers pouring out of the Boeing, and in the heat the picture is completely depressing. On departure the situation is a little better. In general, I liked the holiday, but in terms of service it can hardly be compared with Turkey in the next few years.

The maids entered the room at 10 am without knocking and began checking the minibar as if we were not there at all, without asking if we could come in, without apologizing. This was even more discouraging! I hope this was some kind of accident and not the norm! After all, we could, for example, be without clothes after a shower, etc...

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Reaches up to 3((. Room cleaning always began around 14-15.00 when the children returned from the beach. The minibar keeper came into the room when we were wearing negligee or were in the bathroom - with words of apology, she still went to her goal - check the refrigerator if we refuse. Horrible! There weren’t enough staff in the restaurant. Sometimes we sat at uncleaned tables, sometimes we didn’t get coffee (we didn’t have time to track who had what. The cleaning was disgusting! For 2 weeks, our balconies were never cleaned (seagulls lived above us, so our balcony served as their toilet). Shampoos, gels and other small things were provided only on the first day of arrival - 2 tubes (30 ml) for a family of 4 people. I asked for toilet paper in two bathrooms - they gave me one roll 😱 disaster We won't come here again for sure.

The hotel is quite old, shabby furniture, carpets, reception. The pools are dirty, there are leaves inside. The water in the pools is icy, even in the children's pool. It is impossible to swim. The food is mediocre, not 5ka, more like 4ka. The staff is not friendly. We arrived with a sleeping child, 1.5 years old, in our arms, asked to move in quickly, and the answer was: “Are you in a hurry?” In the end it took 20 minutes to check in. I leisurely scanned passports and chatted with the surrounding staff. They asked us to provide a crib for our arrival. She was not there. Please order a taxi - go outside the hotel and negotiate with the driver. Are you seriously?! The hotel has 5 stars?! At 10-28 at breakfast, when you asked for coffee, from 10-30 coffee is paid, pay. Showed me my watch and they poured it for free. The hotel, like the entire region, looks depressing.

Large room, comfortable. Two toilets, two washbasins in the bathroom. Large wide balcony. The room has everything: a kettle, an iron and even a dryer on the balcony

Paid drinks for lunch and dinner were an unpleasant surprise. The work of the maids leaves much to be desired. For example, the toilet was not cleaned even once in a week. In the shelf we found a glasses case left over from the previous residents. The frying pan in our room 460 was absolutely unsuitable for frying. It should have been thrown away a long time ago! Since we didn't have lunch, I planned to cook something for lunch myself. But when I saw this frying pan, I realized that cooking with it was impossible and simply disgusting! After staying 7 nights, the parking payment machine for some reason counted 8, so I had to pay for parking for 8 days.

The most important advantages of this hotel are the breakfasts and dinners that are beyond praise, as well as a very spacious, comfortable deluxe studio room! We went with children, two children and two adults. The room was very convenient and comfortable for us, this is a big plus of the hotel. There are no such rooms in neighboring hotels. Breakfasts and dinners were also very surprising with their variety, tasty, healthy, beautiful, worthy! Thanks to the chefs! To get to the beach you need to walk a little through the neighboring hotel with gorgeous roses. The walk to the sea was not at all tiring, only 7 minutes. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks all the necessary languages. Children's animation was weak, the children were bored, my 10-year-old son had nothing to do with himself except the pool. The animation still needs some work. It is better to request a room above the 5th floor, there is a better view and probably the noise from the pool is not so audible. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this hotel, but we expected more, to be honest. The room has a kitchen and a full-size small refrigerator, in addition to a minibar.

There are a lot of children, so the hotel is more family-friendly. The hotel is not on the shore, it's a 6 minute walk to the beach.

Don't steal things from the rooms. The rest of the hotel is normal, although the renovation is recent, but something is not completed (lights don’t work in some places, there was no robe, sockets are falling out).

However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that there were no rooms available, since I had not paid, but only booked. (Why such a reservation then, if it does not reserve anything?). We were offered to stay at the nearby Paradise Blue Hotel. The hotel is new and modern, there were no complaints about the food, beach and entertainment. But on the day of departure, 2 T-shirts and a bag of food were stolen from our room. The food we bought at the supermarket for our onward journey. In the morning we took most of our things into the car and went to the beach; when we returned at 11.30, the bag and T-shirts were no longer there. It would seem like a trifle. But how can you be calm about your things if they disappear right from your room? And we also had a camera, a laptop and a bunch of valuable things. When asked by the cleaning lady, she replied that she did not come into our room. When we contacted the reception, we received the answer: “Well, you won’t go to the police because of 2 T-shirts?” Not “Sorry,” not “We’ll look and let you know,” just “Goodbye, there’s nothing we can do.” After this, my path to this hotel is closed, it turned out that not “the client is always right”, but “the staff is always right.” By the way, we asked for CCTV footage, but there simply weren’t any (cameras). I think the first thing hotel owners need to do is build trust with their customers rather than scare them away, which is what happened in this case.
