Hotel complex "Anastasia", which opened in April 2004, is located at the source of the Angara River, at 61 km of the Baikal Highway, near the village of Listvyanka, Irkutsk Region, in a quiet and green place on the shore of Lake Baikal. Currently, it is the most comfortable place to stay not only in Listvyanka, but throughout Baikal. In a protected area of \u200b\u200b0.64 hectares there are the main building with rooms for guests, an auxiliary building with a sauna, an administrative block with built-in garages, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a Russian bath-ship, a parking lot, a small park with a fountain, an equipped embankment, a pier for ships.
In the decoration of the hotel complex, natural, environmentally friendly materials and valuable tree species were used: oak, ash, cedar, Siberian pine. Its interior is dominated by the marine theme, in the execution of which the best designers of the Angara region took part. The authors of the project creatively approached the solution of the problem of organic synthesis of two spaces - the interior of the building and the water surface of the lake. Therefore, the appearance of the entire hotel complex, located at the very edge of the water, in combination with the unique Baikal nature, creates the impression of inner peace, silence and solid comfort.
The hotel has 17 comfortable roomsequipped with Italian oak furniture, modern electronic and household appliances - TV, telephone and minibar, as well as other necessary accessories that meet the highest international standards. Each room has an original design; its walls are decorated with paintings and photographs by Siberian authors dedicated to Lake Baikal.
Hotel restaurant,from the windows of which a magnificent view of Lake Baikal and the Angara River opens, it is designed to receive 52 guests and offers dishes of traditional Russian and Siberian cuisine. The restaurant's interior is made in an original nautical style. The bar is open, live music is playing.
For business meetings, conferences, seminars and trainings, the hotel has a conference room for up to 100 people (area 174.5 square meters), which has all the audio-visual equipment necessary for such events.
