On the territory of the fountain - it's cool, but when it works for days, it's too much !!! Swimming in the shower is completely impossible, water drops from boiling water to ice water, even washing your hands is a problem !!!

We rested in a hotel with two little kids in the period from 06/17/19 to 06/28/19. We lived in a luxurious two-storey log cottage. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was: on the 1st floor - a large fold-out sofa, a kitchen set with everything you need, a large dining table, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, TV; on the 2nd floor - two separate rooms with a large double bed, double wardrobe and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the first and second floor there are verandas along the entire length of the house, from which a beautiful view of the sea opens. There is a playground and even a fountain in the center of the hotel, which in the evenings creates a fabulous atmosphere, shimmering in different colors. We drove our car around almost all of Abkhazia and did not see a hotel with such a large and beautiful territory. The territory of the hotel is designed by design - paving stones, decorative stone, flowers, palm trees, weeping willows ... The atmosphere is cozy, home-like and a feeling of complete safety. There is a large parking lot on the territory of the hotel. The house was cleaned every day with high quality. Changed linen. A special thank you to the chefs for the delicious home-style food. The breakfasts were varied. Lunches and dinners were ordered at will. They even bake pastries at the request of vacationers (cakes, pastries ...). Everything was prepared from the freshest ingredients that were brought in every day. Also on the territory of the hotel there is a large three-level heated swimming pool. Convenient and comfortable for bathing the whole family. The hotel management even bought cool air mattresses for vacationers (children and adults) in the pool. From the hotel to the sea on foot about 300 meters, to the capital of Abkhazia (Sukhum) 10-15 minutes by minibus or 5-7 minutes by car. In conclusion, I want to once again thank the hotel management and all the staff for the excellent organization of my family's vacation. I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my friends and acquaintances.

Vacationing with children, in July 2018. Location - a suburb of Sukhumi, but two kilometers from its center. A wonderful hotel, owned by wonderful intelligent people - a family business. With a protected and well-groomed area and a fountain, which in the evening beautifully sparkles with different colors. There are many places where you can sit in the shade, admire the sea and the garden, there is a playground. New buildings, they are clean and comfortable, it can be stuffy if the air conditioner does not work for some time due to power outages. (for our 3 week stay 2 times). But the apartments in the chambers cut from the Karelian pine are simply magnificent! They have everything for a family holiday! Every little thing has been thought out with such love and care. Expensive bed linen, which you will not find in chain peters. We lived for three weeks, at home. Special thanks to the staff. Such helpful, hospitable people! Terrace - dining room, swimming pool - cleanliness everywhere. We took accommodation + breakfast. Among the vacationers were not satisfied with the diet. However, there was always enough food. Fresh vegetables, porridge, eggs, cottage cheese, jam. Drinks include tea and instant coffee. Boiled can be ordered for 50 rubles. In the morning à la carte, you can order lunch and dinner. They cook deliciously, the complex per person is 300 rubles. the portions are large, the children took one for two. The beach is across the road and the railway line (it goes through almost the entire coast of Abkhazia, but while we lived there, we never saw the train). The sea is clean, in this place the water is very soft, you don't need to rinse after a swim. Beautiful coastline, pebbles, mostly white. Sitting on the beach under the shade of acacias, there will be no other vacationers next to you for 50 or even 150 meters. In the local bar they give sun loungers 50 rubles. If you want people and civilization, for 150 rubles for a taxi or 30 for a bus, and in five minutes you are on the beaches of Sukhmi. Rest in Abkhazia is for those who are nostalgic for the 90s. For those who love wild beaches. Devastation cuts the eye, frightens the chaos and insolence of local horsemen outside the resort areas. But something irresistible draws to these places.
