Spacious economy class apartments with everything you need. Nice mattresses, decent linens. Old but clean towels. For some reason, the kitchen towel was never changed, unlike the others. Everything is working in the kitchen, the stove is white, clean, and all burners are burned, they could use only one of 4. Everything requires innovation - something is flowing in the bathroom - after taking a shower, the floor is dry, after about half an hour - a decent puddle appears between the toilet and the bathroom, the lighting is sad, although it seems to be there, but the bulbs are all different in power and spectrum.

Of course, the apartments require cosmetic repairs. Rather old furniture. Everything is somewhat "stale" ... A short cord at the hair dryer. There is little light in the bathroom. There was no light in the hallway at all. And, however, the value for money is quite normal. But all these negative aspects did not in any way affect the good overall impression of the holiday.
Great attitude of the staff. Large enough room. There were kitchen utensils in the room: 1 saucepan, frying pan, colander, kettle, toaster, spoons, forks, knives, deep plates, shallow, 1 dish, ladle, frying pan spatula, slotted spoon, knife-file for bread, bottle openers, coasters for eggs, bowl for salad. There were no knives for cooking. I needed another pot and baking dish, I asked and brought it the next day. The light bulb burned out - it was immediately replaced. Russian TV channels did not work - after my request, they immediately fixed everything. She gave her requests in writing. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times in 2 weeks. The apartments were cleaned daily. Very close to the sea, you can even walk in swimsuits and swimming trunks. Close to all sorts of supermarkets where you can buy everything you need. We also found a good butcher shop. As for the silence, in general, sleep is normal, cars don't drive at night and there is no more noise - neither from hotels, nor from the "party" of the main street. Very pleasantly surprised by the pool, clean and large enough. A beach for every taste - there are stones, there is also sand, if you walk along the sea 200-300 meters. We took a beach tent with us and therefore did not use sun loungers. 2 sun loungers and an umbrella - 7.50 euros per day.

Vacation 5-19 October. They met us at 1.00 at night. Our room was on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool, but the sea was also visible. There is no elevator. To the sea (beach and port) go 5 minutes slowly. The room is clean. The furniture is relatively shabby. Kettle, toaster, hair dryer, full electric oven in good working order. The beach is not very wide, at the beginning there is a bad entrance to the sea, there are a lot of people. The bathroom was sorely lacking a shelf for toiletries.
The location is excellent: the sea is 2 minutes walk, there are many shops and cafes nearby. 5 minutes and you are in the city center with sights, shops, cafes. The rooms are cleaned. We had a room on the first floor of two rooms. The bedroom has direct access to the pool, which is very convenient.

Very noisy air conditioner, it has its own life. It rumbles like a tractor and blows then dies down, then rumbles. Or sleep in earplugs or with a pillow on your head. The pillows are hard, and my ears ached from them. The bed was hard, all the bones lay down. 4 nights slept for half an hour with breaks, got up with a headache. The furniture is all old broken-down, although the furniture is not so important to me. Old gouged doors with cracks in the jambs. Any noise from the stairs is audible. There are no Russian channels on TV. Summary change the air conditioner, beds, pillows and doors. And put a second air conditioner in the living room and it will be acceptable.

We cleaned every day in principle, but it was surprising that they came even when we were in the room and could still sleep, for the first time we asked them to come back later, they were very surprised, because there apparently everyone was already used to it. But they didn’t say that it’s perfect: the garbage will be taken away, the towels will be changed, the bed will be made (one or a couple of times the linen has been changed), the plates (sometimes with food) will be put in the sink, but not washed, the floor is clear that it was wiped, but there is a lot of sand has always been. On the balcony, an iron chair, terribly uncomfortable. From the pool after 6-7 they said that they were starting to use chemistry, although this was only to drive guests out of the pool, because they were treated with chemicals early in the morning. It got dark much later, it is not clear why they did not want someone to swim. The pool itself with bloom on the tiles, a lot of balls and mattresses that no one took out (in other hotels when they clean or just clean everything in the evening) because of this, they were covered with bloom too. The sun beds are old, some are broken and sagged. Beach towel rent is paid, like 2 euros and 5 deposit. Just awful shared toilet and shower, I had to go there to change, there was an early check-in, the room was waiting for a couple of hours. And the pool shower, which was not working yet when they decided to use it for the only time. Despite all these disadvantages, the price corresponds to the quality, and I would recommend it more because of its location and the concept of two-story houses around the pool, they are located so that the neighbors are not visible. Be sure to settle on the 1st floor and enjoy your vacation. We kept repeating how we like our hotel, that everything is close.

Nearby (from 20 to 100 meters) there are several supermarkets, but it is better to get to Metro in Paralimni on the first day, there the choice is many times greater, and the prices are lower. A new air conditioner is installed. WI-FI in our room was catching, but in the living room closer to the window overlooking the pool, there was no network in the bedroom. We were scared of the room with bedroom windows facing the road, but no cars were heard and it was very comfortable. They were ready to change our room in a few days when he was free, but after spending one night in ours, we changed our minds. The staff always smiles, helps if you ask them for something.
