09/02/2019 I arrived at this hotel with my wife. We arrived earlier than 12.00, filled out a card at the reception and calmly waited in the lobby for check-in at 14.00. By the time of check-in, a lot of guests had already arrived, and at first it was not clear in what order we would all be settled. But we were "lucky". The hospitable receptionists of this hotel themselves called us first, gave us one key card and escorted us to our room 613 in the same block as the reception. At first I did not understand where they were taking us, because we were not walking along the corridor where all the rooms are located, but somewhere to a corner that looked more like a utility room. There is a gap of 3 cm between the door and the doorway, because a normal hotel cannot have such an entrance to the room. The door could not open normally because it hit the bed !!! The room is so small that, apart from the bed, there was nothing physically fit. There is also a wardrobe, the doors of which do not open in one direction or the other (what good is it?). The room is located in such a wilderness that no wi-fi can reach it. There is no safe either. For interest, we went into the room to those who settled after us. All of the above disadvantages are absent. How the good-natured hotel staff determined that we were the ones who deserve this kennel remains a mystery, and even the very first were shoved there. There is a Russian-speaking representative of the Alexandra Hotel at the reception. We turned to her with a question about resettlement. We unknowingly used the toilet and because of this, now we cannot be relocated, as a general cleaning of the room is required. They offered to move out of their kennel the next at 12-00 and wait again until 14-00 for a possible settlement. It is clear that they do not give any guarantees. So far, I have not been able to find a single plus of this hotel. Any of you can find yourself in a similar situation here, so think about whether the 2 days spent and the nerves are worth the rest in this hotel. I think not. Previously, here about this problem has already been written and I regret not reading this ... Continued. The next day at about 11-00 we approached Alexandra with a question about resettlement. We were immediately taken to a room in another block on the first floor. This room already corresponds to the standard room of this hotel, which we booked. Nothing supernatural, an ordinary standard room, but a good view of the sea and the mosque (in which, as it turned out later, services are held at exactly 5-20 in the morning, and this is very well heard in a room with a closed door to the balcony). As soon as we calmed down, the next day they put a note at our room with a request to approach Alexandra. We approached. Alexandra immediately informed us that it would be about our negative review. They also solved our problem with the kennel, but my review does not say about it. Therefore, we were threatened either I delete the review or we are moved back to the kennel. To be honest, I'm crazy. Instead of apologizing and somehow trying to make amends for our joint, we are threatened with overpowering back. I refused to delete the review, but agreed to supplement it (it would be objective and fair). This option did not suit Alexandra, she demanded to change the review so that it was more positive. And, in her opinion, this hotel does not deserve a rating of 1. I think "it's cool, the hotel tells me what rating to put and how to write my review correctly." Then Alexandra called some curly-haired Turk. We weren't introduced to him, but sort of like a hotel manager. We were asked if we know English, we answered no. The Turk began in English, looking somewhere to the side, to say something like that we are stupid, we do not understand anything, it is useless for us to explain anything at all, this kennel is also a standard, only a small one and we resettled you so well, and you are stupid to us here you arrange and so on. Moreover, he repeated the word "stupid" 8 times, for some reason Alexandra did not translate it for us. In general, time passed, we wanted to go to the beach and I agreed to edit the review and supplement it. I realized that this would make my review even more negative and we decided to delete it for a while in order to have a good rest. And so they did. I am writing a continuation from home. As for the hotel itself. The audibility in the rooms is very good, every rustle is heard. Every night drunk people run around the hotel and talk very loudly. Our room was always cleaned after lunch at about 14-00 - 15-00. When the heat is on the street and after dinner you want to lie down to rest, you have to get up and leave the room to wait until they clean up there. If you do not leave the room, then that day you will not have cleaning in the room. Food. Everything was enough for me, I ate with full plates, but I will write objectively. Breakfasts are rather poor, only scrambled eggs save the day. The coffee from the machine tastes instant. If you press a cappuccino, you will be poured from a 3 in 1 bag. The tea in the teapot is very good. Only drank it. A lot of pastries, but they are all monotonous, without filling. For lunch and dinner, there is a lot of choice of meat, fish, salads, desserts. Although there is a lot of meat, it is cooked monotonously. Mostly with gravy and vegetables or peas. I like this food, but not everyone likes it. Fruit always includes watermelon, grapes, nectarines, oranges, pears, apples and unripe plums. The restaurant staff works well. The spa was not used, nothing special to say. There you can get and return a beach towel. And then they will immediately begin to bred you for procedures. After we abandoned the procedures, the main Turk in the spa flared up, shouted "this is not a market for you" and was offended. The location is pretty good. There are many things within walking distance. Of course, Cleopatra Beach has nothing to do with the hotel, but people come to this hotel because of it. I don't know about other times of the year, but at the beginning of September it is terrible. More like Anapa. People lie on towels on top of each other, you walk almost over their heads. The beach is covered in gobies and rubbish. I saw how the Turks gnaw seeds in the middle of the beach and spit the peel right on it. A flock of pigeons gathered around them, which then flew to spoil the rest. The first 4 days of rest from the left and right edges of the beach was a more or less normal entrance to the sea, consisting of small stones. Then for 2 days there were big waves and everywhere at the entrance to the sea there were large slippery stones. The beach itself is not made of sand, but of small pebbles. Walking on them is not as pleasant as on sand and they get very hot during the day. The bottom line. The hotel could be promising, but the management is pulling it to the bottom. I give one to the management. And so the hotel is 3.5.

Turkish hospitality or dog kennel instead of a room.

A small but incredibly beautiful area, planned with intelligence and love. The main role is assigned to the long pool. It is decorated with flower beds, carved bridges and resembles a fabulous overseas street.

Mostly Europeans like to relax here. Only recently has the complex been gaining popularity among Russians, especially among family people.

Vacationers with kids like the approach to the arrangement of the space: there are very few stairs, instead of them there are ramps and smooth transitions, convenient for movement with strollers.

The restaurant is equipped with highchairs and a light dietary table. The animation is designed not only for adult guests, the smallest guests are tirelessly amused from morning until late at night.

Rooms Fund

About 200 rooms invite you to spend a pleasant stay. Small standard and spacious two-room family premises are presented. Fresh renovation, beautiful furnishings with new furniture and an abundance of mirrors, modern technical equipment, thorough daily cleaning - it seems that the complex has more than 4 stars. The hotel surprises with a varied menu, designed for any gastronomic preference. Guests are offered the standard for Turkey all-inclusive food system: breakfast and late breakfast, lunch, dinner, late dinner, during which you can refresh yourself with the so-called night soup. In addition, during the day, the bar serves hamburgers, pizza, vegetables and fruits.

The restaurant has a decent selection of meat, vegetable and fish dishes, fruits, vegetable snacks, wonderful desserts, both with an oriental character and prepared according to the recipes of European confectioners. Once a week, the chefs take the marine theme as the basis of the menu, and then culinary delights with king prawns, mussels, and squid appear on the tables.

The dining area is prepared for the reception of the little guests of the hotel. It is equipped with highchairs. The menu is also designed for the whims of kids.

There are cereals, omelets, hot milk, soups and salads without dressings, boiled meat. A dietary table is provided, the dishes of which are perfect for feeding children. In the afternoon snack on the territory of the complex, ice cream is distributed to everyone.

Staff

The staff are friendly, attentive and responsive to any request. Here you will not find ethnic discrimination - absolutely everyone is treated equally and friendly. Many words of gratitude in the reviews of tourists are addressed to the waiters, who do their job perfectly: they are extremely polite and open to communication, some of them know a little Russian.

In general, the hotel staff hardly speaks Russian, even the receptionists have only the most common phrases in their vocabulary. English and German are held in high esteem. But for Russians who do not speak any language other than their native language, there is a way out - if there are problems, you can safely contact the guide, he will immediately come to the rescue.

Entertainment and animation

Tak Premier Wanted will be interesting and fun for everyone. The constructive ensemble of the territory is carefully thought out. Most of the area is occupied by a beautiful pool with a section for bathing babies. On a hot day, you are invited to sit in the shade of a cozy terrace, verandas, recreation areas with gazebos. You can play table tennis, billiards, darts.

Well-chosen animation team, unobtrusive, but at the same time active and cheerful. In the mornings, guests will be given a boost of vivacity by aqua aerobics, in the afternoon there are entertaining contests, and in the evening, shows. The program is always different, and not necessarily performed by animators: the hotel is visited by Chinese and African acrobats, magicians, and dancers. Karaoke show offers to test your singing talent. Live music is often played on the territory.

An excellent SPA center provides free hammam and sauna services. Massage procedures, fish peeling - already for an additional fee. After a Turkish bath, you can cool off in the luxurious indoor pool with cool water. For those who cannot imagine themselves without sports, even on vacation, the doors of the fitness center are open.

Leisure of children is organized equally well. Children's animators are engaged with them, collecting the kids in the mini-club in the morning. After lunch, there are games by the pool, contests with symbolic prizes. And at sunset, a busy day for the little guests of the hotel ends with a mini disco.

Beach

Kleopatra Tac Premier is located 100 meters from the famous Cleopatra Beach, one of the most beautiful in this resort. The place seems to have been created for colorful photos and video filming: a wonderful view of the mountain and the centuries-old fortress wall opens up, in the morning pirate sailboats and snow-white pleasure yachts slowly sail past the coastline.

The beach is a city beach, therefore use of sun loungers and umbrellas is subject to payment. A good discount is provided for the guests of the complex.

This is the right place for a 2019 sea vacation with little ones. Parents will not be left indifferent by the sandy clean coast, calm clear water, and convenient entry.

There is plenty to do on the beach. There is a volleyball court, water sports are widely represented.

Location and surroundings

The center of the resort region of Alanya, where the complex is located, gives travelers a lot of advantages. Within walking distance everything that will make your vacation even more interesting: cute cafes and restaurants with live music, a bus stop, well-equipped playgrounds, discos.

You won't have to spend money on excursions through tour operators and agencies - you can independently explore the surroundings, visit the most iconic places of the resort.
