Job responsibilities. Organizes and coordinates the work of airline services for loading aircraft before departure in accordance with the guidelines for alignment and loading of aircraft. Performs preliminary and final alignment of the aircraft in accordance with the daily flight plan and preliminary information about the flight using terminal equipment and other means of information and communication. Performs all types of aircraft alignments using modern office equipment, communications and communications. Coordinates the work of airline services for loading aircraft. The center of gravity is the main indicator of the aircraft's alignment. The location of the aircraft's center of gravity determines the balance, stability and controllability of the aircraft on the ground and especially in the air, that is, the degree of FLIGHT SAFETY.

The weight of the aircraft consists of the weights of the empty aircraft, fuel, passengers, cargo, crew, etc. The center of gravity of the aircraft is the resultant of the forces of the weights of all components (Fig. 1).

Airplane alignment(English) Center of Gravity (C.G.) position) is the position of the center of gravity, measured as a percentage of the length of the Mean Aerodynamic Chord (MAC). Chord is a straight segment connecting the leading and trailing edges of the wing profile (Fig. 2).

When the number of passengers and cargo changes or when the flight weight of the aircraft decreases as a result of fuel burnout, the position of the center of gravity changes, as a result of which the alignment of the aircraft also changes. When placing weights in the nose of the aircraft, the alignment becomes extremely forward, and vice versa, placing weights in the tail shifts the alignment back, making it extremely rearward. Extremely forward alignment threatens to cause the aircraft to nose-dive and become difficult to control, and problems arise with general fuel inefficiency. Extremely rear centering lifts the nose of the aircraft, it flies unstable, and its stability in flight is disrupted.

During takeoff, extremely rear alignment is dangerous, and during landing, extremely forward alignment.
