    The staff speaks Turkish, English and German languages. But the workers are already accustomed to Russian-speaking tourists, so they easily understand all the requirements and wishes.

    The reception will answer any of your questions in a timely manner. Due to the fact that the reception is open 24 hours a day, you will be greeted kindly and will try to accommodate you as quickly as possible if there is a free apartment. While waiting, you will be invited to familiarize yourself with the territory, the rules of life of the hotel and taste dishes in the main restaurant.

    The spa employs guys and girls who know everything about body care. After a relaxing massage, you will feel strength and health, which temporarily disappear in a noisy city.

    Are you a successful businessman and can’t give up your job even while on vacation? For an additional fee, you can use a photocopier and fax. For important negotiations, conferences or seminars, a conference room with modern technology and drinks for delegates will be prepared for you.

    If you want to take a break from parental worries, order the services of a nanny. An experienced teacher will communicate with your child, feed him, entertain him and, if necessary, put him to bed.

I would also like to note the friendliness of the staff; I felt like they were all my good old friends. I liked feeding the animals in the mini-zoo; although there are not many of them, it is still unusual and pleasant. There were a lot of people with children, but they didn’t interfere with my relaxation, since they constantly spent time in the children’s club, and in the evening they were already asleep when I went out for a walk. Next time I won’t come alone, but I’ll take my friends so they can also enjoy a five-star all-inclusive vacation and feel like queens.”

    There are restaurants, bars and snack bars throughout the area. At any time of the day and even late in the evening you will not remain hungry.

    In the main restaurant Magico, which operates on a buffet basis, you can choose any dish to your taste. Upon request, they brought a children's potty, and in general, throughout the entire time, the staff fulfilled all our wishes with my wife. It’s impossible to resist delicious food, so my whole family gained weight, but we tried desserts. We didn’t go to the children’s table, but I saw out of the corner of my eye that there was even a blender with a microwave, so it’s also quite possible to relax here with babies.”

    Maria, 29 years old:“We were driven from the airport in just 30 minutes, checked in quickly, even before the set time, and our weekend finally began. I liked absolutely everything: the food was excellent, the area was amazing, the sand on the beach was mixed with small pebbles, but this did not cause discomfort, since the water was clean. The animators are great, they accurately guess the guest’s mood and offer age-appropriate activities. It seems to me that only picky tourists who don’t know what they want can find cons here. Life in the hotel corresponds to the slogan “we are one family”, it’s nice to feel part of it.”

    They are worried about the children's leisure time. Therefore, there is not only a swimming pool, tennis and babysitting services for young guests, but also children's clubs, divided by age: baby (1 - 3 years old), toddlers (4 - 12 years old), mungo (3 - 6 years old) , Magik (7 – 12 years old), for teenagers (13 – 16 years old). You can easily leave the guys to the animation team and go relax without them. In the meantime, they will play with them, conduct educational activities, organize competitions and outdoor activities. Prepare for the fact that your child will not want to leave the hotel, because he will really like the animation.

    Nadezhda, 25 years old: I liked the fact that when the hotel was fully booked, there were no queues anywhere, and there was enough of everything. The sound insulation is excellent, we couldn’t hear neighbors with small children, and the music on the street didn’t bother us either. The only negative for me is the lack of access to the sea by pontoon; I like to enter clean water, I would move the buoys further. There were a lot of active classes, even at seven o’clock in the morning there were already 5–6 people in the gym, which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t find fault with the room, for some reason I expected the worst, so I was pleased.

    This is not the first time we have vacationed in this hotel, as we love this place very much. We are happy with everything here. The hotel has a very large, well-groomed, green area. There are many swimming pools and a good water park. The great advantage of the hotel is its beach. There is no need to take sunbeds in the morning, as in other hotels, as there are a lot of them. The beach strip is wide and long (650 meters). The number of rooms, of course, is a bit old, but this does not bother us at all. The food was also without any complaints, we had enough of everything, even extra. Aboutdrinks - as usual in Turkey, local alcohol, we are not big drinkers, so everything is fine for us. Excellent work of the staff, they always strive to make your stay comfortable. I would like to say thank you to all the reception and guest service staff of the hotel for their excellent work, especially Shafak, Aylin, Tatyana Ozkan, Kifaet, Alina and other employees; unfortunately, we don’t remember all the names. In addition, the distinctive feature of this hotel is its animation team led by Selcuk, his assistant, as well as a team of water sports guys. The guys are working at 200%! The hotel is very sporty, there are many different sports and activities, such as tennis, volleyball, football, bicycles, various types of fitness programs, water skiing, catamaran, etc. Everyone will find something to do. Many thanks to Livia, Yasmin, Marcelo, Nicole, Oksana, Wesley from the team of dancers who don’t let you get bored, also to Oljay, Vika. Also, I want to say thank you to the guys water sports- Oktay, Ali, Shali, Mehmet, Serkan, Salih, Talkha, Emre, Onur and Barysh (little and big). Thanks to the employees of restaurants and bars, they work from morning until night. Chef Ahmet Hayri, Savas, Mesut, Ozkan - you have been our friends for many years. Many thanks to the hotel management in the person of Ismail and his assistant, Dilay. Their work is invaluable. We want to return to this hotel, which is what we have been doing for many years.     We rested in this hotel as a family of 5 from July 18 to July 30. Honestly, we visited paradise❤ Let's go in order) 1) Check-in We arrived at the hotel around 10, the rooms were still being prepared. No big deal - we left our things at the reception and went first to have breakfast and then explore the hotel grounds. At 11.30 the rooms were ready and we were taken in a buggy to the building :) We lived in room 7201 - a clean, tidy room) The view was of greenery and other houses. But this doesn’t matter to us - we didn’t come from a window overlooking the sealook. We only slept in the room)) There is everything you need - towels, slippers, individual hygiene kits for each with everything you need👌 If necessary, you can ask at the reception - they will bring bathrobes to your room) One evening they came up and asked - until they got to the room (about 5 a leisurely minute walk from the reception) the bathrobes were already in the room)) Service:) 2) The territory It is huge! The hotel is like a small town. It’s very cool in the evening or during the day to stroll through the nooks and corners of the hotel) There’s a lot of greenery😍 There’s a mini-zoo with ducks, geese, chickens and roosters)) it looks like there was someone else)) there’s also a lot of vegetables and fruits growing right on the territory) Sometimes turtles run around the territory:) absolutely harmless 👌 The territory is large, but everything is quite close and in general it is impossible to get lost - all the paths to everything you need are quickly remembered)) There are two fields for playing tennis, tennis tables, a football field. And there is even a basketball field)) There is also a main pool where a lot of activities take place, a children’s pool with a tent, 7 steep slides, as well as two pools - relaxation and 16+ with a bar right in the pool)) Wi-Fi is quite good throughout the entire territory , even at the sea)) 3) Beach It is very convenient to walk to it through the main pool)) the beach is large, quite clean, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles at the beginning and then there is perfect sand) The sea is not entirely transparent, but clean and very warm) for 13 days there were strong waves 3 times)) 4) Staff The first thing that surprised me (I had never seen this anywhere before) was that there were a lot of lifeguards and they were everywhere)) at the top of each slide, at the bottom of each slide, several by the pools, several on the beach.. .And they honestly monitor everyone) security is true top level👌 in the restaurant, mostly the waiters work well - they quickly take everything away and put it away) There were, of course, a few who basically bypassed the Russians, but okay, I didn’t really want that)) normal waiters cleaned everything up quickly and without any problems :) The staff in general is quite friendly and not intrusive) I work well, even very well👌 Special thanks to Ersin from the main restaurant) A very kind and sweet man, friendly) 4) Food In terms of food, I am not a strong expert. My food is rice, pasta and any meat :) However, there is a lot of food here for every taste) Fish every day, several types of meat, salads, side dishes, seafood, pizza, various yoghurts, soups and cereals) There were rolls for several days) ) The dining room is designed so that all the main dishes are outside, and inside there are salads, fruits and sweets) There is also very tasty coffee in the dining room) You won’t remain hungry, it’s very tasty) A lot of divine sweets ❤ What was also surprising - in July they have it every day there were strawberries :) They were on sweets, but you could just take them)) very tasty) In the evening and at night in the main building there is a table with soup and fruit and a refrigerator with sandwiches) There is also a coffee house on site until twelve at night) very tasty coffee and desserts to go with it :) Also from 12.30 to 21.30 they serve ice cream in the tent :) 5) A la carte We went to Rybny, Turkish and Peoples of the World. I didn’t like the fish one very much, but the Turkish and Peoples of the World were very tasty! In Turkish they brought the first, second and dessert purely Turkish :) in the peoples of the world they brought three plates per person with six different delicacies from six countries)) Turkish and the Peoples of the World - I definitely recommend it! 6) Entertainment This is my main criterion for any vacation. And there was never a moment of boredom - the animation here is at the highest level! The first classes start at 9.45. During the day there is yoga, zumba, aerobics, fat burning, step, stretching (you can go to all this only in sneakers and sportswear, in a swimsuit and flip-flops or barefoot! for your own safety) (Wesley, Marcelo, Jasmine, Oksana - thank you very much))) as well as volleyball, football, archery, boccia, darts, shuffleboard (chef Caner, Lucas, Hasan, Arife, Alp and others are the best, I miss you very much, miss you))) It’s easier to look at the schedule mobile application, or on the territory it hangs next to the place where the classes are held) the training is powerful, not just two stomps, three slams)) strong and effective)) There is daily water aerobics by the pool, then water games, then club dance❤ Water polo in the afternoon) There is also a children's club and a teenagers club. I haven’t been to them, I’m a little older than that))) But in general I saw that in the teenage club the guys have a good time and not bored👌 Animation from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 18.00 Then at 20.30 children’s disco At 21.30 or a show in the amphitheater (shows came a couple of times, but most were done by animators. And since most of the animators were professional dancers, singers and acrobats, the shows were at an excellent level👌 Discos were also daily, either at 21.30 until 00.00, or after the show - at 22.30 and also until 00.00 Then until 2 a.m. in a closed club, there were a variety of discos - there was a retro disco, a gala party, la vida loca, live music, there was a water party, when water came out in fountains straight from the floor)) there was an evening when everyone who wanted it was given headphones upon signature with the same music for everyone and everyone danced with headphones)) One afternoon there was a foam party by the pool. On the day of our departure, in the evening there was a foam party on the beach. There were also laser shows, transformers came, several times there were soap shows where you can take and blow big bubbles yourself)) A clown came to the children once and they brought several large trampolines. The animation team - each and every one is great, everyone is always busy with something, you don’t have to be bored at all. From morning until night it was so fun, so active, that two weeks flew by like a day... For the first time, I didn’t really notice how time passed... Honestly, I left with tears in my eyes... This is the truth Paradise❤ And I really want to come back here👌 So I definitely recommend this hotel for best holiday for any - the most active or the most calm - taste ❤

    Each of us is looking for something different in our vacation, which is why you can read such different reviews about the same hotel. My review is not in unison with the others who are enthusiastic. Not because I’m harmful, not because I’m mean - I just didn’t like the hotel, in particular the attitude towards the guests. I've been vacationing in Turkey for 14 years and I have something to compare with :) It took us a long time to choose a hotel. My husband convinced me that it was better to go to the trusted “Botanik” in Alanya, but I am a supporter of holidays in new places, I don’t like to repeat myself :) Criteria The choice was, of course, the interests of the child: water slides, ice cream, sand entry into the sea, children's kitchen. Children's animation has never been a priority, so we didn't bother. Also, one of the important criteria was the minimum number of vacationers from the CIS countries. We accidentally learned about TUI MAGIC LIFE WATERWORLD from friends and decided - the puzzle fits, let's fly here. I must admit, the price is above average, so we expected an appropriate level. But alas... I’m disappointed, my husband, in principle, liked it, the little one seems happy, but he doesn’t want to come back here anymore. This is the first time this has happened to him... 1) We had a wonderful arrival and departure. We were at the hotel already at 08.30, we were sent to eat in an electric car. Breakfast is standard, like everywhere else:) Then check-in... Sorry, this place is in detail, because it was problematic. Maybe someone will find it useful. I can skip the check-in block for the rest :) I initially asked for a quiet room, the main thing is that there is no road noise nearby, because road noise on vacation is annoying. Well, what do you think, they gave us a room near the relaxation pool, but the balcony overlooked the road. The fact is that we don’t turn on the air conditioning and sleep with the windows and doors open, so no matter how far the road is, you can hear it (I’m already silent about the dust). I immediately refused and went back to the reception to change it. But the lady with a bun on her head in the role of the general manager very sharply tried to convince me that this was an excellent room and try to sleep for a couple of nights, and only then change. As a result of lengthy negotiations, we were moved to a small room, quiet, but where the third bed was placed so tightly that it was impossible to go out onto the balcony. We stayed, having already given up that happiness is not in the room :) Be prepared right away that in the bathroom there are no cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower caps waiting for you, not to mention a toothbrush and paste, hair conditioner and other benefits of civilization :) Some kind of mud was poured into soap dishes on the wall with an inscription that it was 2 or 3 in one (I don’t remember exactly). So take normal shampoo and conditioner with you if you value your hair. The hairdryer is small, rattles - just tinny. I didn’t use it because I felt sorry for my hair. I recommend that young ladies with long hair take their own hairdryer. The minibar is replenished once during the entire stay; water can then be taken at the reception and bars. We lived in this room for 2 days until the air conditioner started dripping. You see, this despite the fact that we never used the air conditioner at all. The little one is always running somewhere, so a puddle in combination with closely placed beds is a guaranteed injury. The puddles on the floor and the sound of drops overflowed my patience and I voiced my complaints to the reception. Some technicians came and repaired it, but the dripping continued. And then I realized that I was really angry. I wrote an angry letter to the TUI office describing the problems and only then did some movement begin. We were offered a family room on the 1st floor with access to the lawn, but at the same time with a view of the reception, where buses with tourists arrive. This is noise, diesel fuel... The little guy liked the room, refused to watch anything else, so we stayed here until the end of the vacation. The rooms are small, but better than they were. The laundry dried well outside, because after lunch the sun was shining right here. An unpleasant moment - when checking out, they forgot the phone charger in the room. We realized it an hour later. When they arrived, the cleaning lady throws up her hands and says that there were guests and they took the charger. What kind of guests are there if no one has checked into the room yet?! Neither we nor Tatyana from Guest Relations were able to return the charger. Before this, since we moved twice, my husband’s and my son’s wet swimming trunks were left to dry in the room. We remembered - we went there, then to the reception - no, no one saw anything. There are no swimming trunks and that's it, but the swimming trunks are expensive, good quality. It’s a pity, but it’s your own fault, you have to think with your head. To our great surprise, when we returned from dinner, we discovered that they had brought the swimming trunks, thank you for that! 2) The territory is huge, but really stupid. I can't say that she is very beautiful. Forest, trees, trimmed grass - everything is normal. On the way to the restaurant every morning new date lined with flowers - it's beautiful. Turtles crawl, from time to time receiving stress from the fact that they certainly want to touch, feed, lift and examine them from all sides. Squirrels are lively animals:) There are feeders everywhere for animals, so they definitely don’t starve:) 3) The kitchen is terrible. Sometimes I think, maybe I’m spoiled? Everyone writes such enthusiastic comments... For me, the variety of food is small. To say that everything is delicious is not. Mostly - fried in a lot of oil or spicy. Maybe the seafood salad was even more or less. On the 3rd day you already understand where each dish will be, only the type of fish or meat is different. Children's kitchen - it was not always possible to choose something for a child, the menu hardly changed. We were there at the end of June, so there were very tasty watermelons and large sweet cherries. Melons - so-so. During the whole time there were flatbreads only once and then they were given a piece per person. It was funny when a Russian explained to his Turkish auntie in pure Russian that he needed a flatbread for each person - that’s 6 pieces! Despite the queue and the surprise of the Europeans, he shoveled all the flatbreads that his auntie was preparing into a plate and tried to cut them into pieces for everyone :) The flatbreads took quite a long time to prepare, only 2 pieces at a time and a decent queue formed. I recommend drinking coffee at a coffee house. Very decent Turkish coffee and more, try it. In the restaurant we drank double espresso - you can drink it. Ice cream from 12.30 to 21.30. The pool near the slides is quite large and during our vacation it was not crowded with people, the water was clean and even hot from the sun after lunch. 5) The sea is clean and warm in the morning. Every morning the three of us swam to the buoys. This is the only time when there were no large waves. After lunch, there were waves almost every day and sometimes quite serious. You could ride the banana boat only once in the morning, and then from 11 to 12. The promised second time could be ridden in the afternoon, if there were not strong waves. In general, count on 1 time lasting no more than 3-5 minutes. The beach is sandy, there are many sun loungers on the beach, by the pool, and on the grass. 6) Shopping. Once a week in the evening there comes, let's call it, a fair. You can buy good things at a good price - haggle! It’s better to go later - the closer to departure, the more willingly the sellers bargain and concede. Also, if on the way from the restaurant you turn right, where the Shopping, Sale, etc. sign is flashing, you will find a row of shops. There you can buy clothes, bags, armbands for children, masks, mattresses, pool balls and all sorts of other things. Even tablets for heartburn and headaches :) There are also shops near the coffee house, but Nivea sunscreen costs $20, like, the original. Better take it with you!!! :) You can also take a taxi or bus to Belek (with children it’s a long walk). There are pharmacies (note that antibiotics are by prescription), a huge number of shops, but they are reluctant to trade. Waikiki is rather weak, although large - it consists of 2 parts (male and female). 7) The Internet is good, even large files were sent. 8) Sports here are at the level: tennis courts, a football field, volleyball, aqua aerobics every morning, with equipment, and group classes. There's plenty to do. And yet... I will not come to this hotel again... It’s not my task to recommend or not :) Everyone is looking for their own vacation, their own feelings, so prioritize and make the right decisions for yourself!

    NUMBER
    We arrived at 1 a.m. and were settled in 10 minutes in the main building. The room is quite decent. 2 beds - one double and one 1.5-bed for a child. The room has everything you need - independent split air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, free safe, bathroom, toilet, hairdryer. Everything works great, nothing is broken. There is carpet on the floor. Considering that we only slept in the room, I did not study the quality of the matting and the repairs carried out (I know, many here in the reviews love this). But there were no complaints about the repairs. They say (I haven’t seen it myself) that the renovation in the bungalow is somewhat worse. But again, I repeat - this is who is going for what, some to look at repairs, some to relax.
    The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was that the minibar was not filled upon arrival (and this was 1 am). And since all the water on the plane was confiscated, and we have a 2-year-old kinder, we needed drinking water. However, she was found downstairs at the disco.
    Room cleaning for 4. Towels were changed EVERY day, regardless of where we left them - on the floor or on a hanger. Perhaps this is due to the $1 we “forgot” on the nightstand. They cleaned only when we were not there. There were already 3 rolls of toilet paper in the room (I don’t know why). There was enough liquid soap to last me a month.

    TERRITORY
    The hotel area is very green and well-groomed. There is a place to take a quiet walk and frolic. 3 swimming pools: 2 outdoor with slides, one indoor with a sauna (both Finnish and hammam - all free, of course). Everything is cleaned and cleaned around the clock and continuously. A used plastic cup should not be left in the trash bin for more than 15 minutes, at least not near swimming pools;)

    Beach sand. Just great for children. Entry into the sea is excellent. 30 meters from the shore “chest-deep” :-). But I liked it - the depth allows you to swim, and you can “swim away” with children. Despite the sand, the water is clean.

    FEEDING
    Only the breakfasts suffered - very monotonous and without meat (instead of meat there were sausages, in the production of which not a single animal was harmed).
    But lunches and dinners are such that they can crack and burst. There is a lot of everything, tasty, varied. Several types of fish, lamb, beef, chicken, turkey - fried, stewed, grilled. Apples, oranges, grapefruits - all in large quantities. 4 days out of 7 they gave me strawberries. They gave me watermelons for 3 days. I was ashamed for my compatriots (and there are no others there - 90% of vacationers are Russia and Ukraine, the remaining 10 are other Russian-speaking republics). Watermelons were cut into squares and it turned out that some pieces from the center were red, and those closer to the edges were pink. So the people stood waiting for the next batch of watermelons to start cutting, swooped down on them like wild people, picked out the red pieces, and proudly took 2 buckets of watermelons with them. More than half, naturally, remained uneaten on the tables. Those who are not trained in cockfighting were left with pink pieces, but they were also quite tasty. There was a similar story with strawberries. We must pay tribute to the hotel - there was always enough for everyone. But the people filled it with basins; I wouldn’t have eaten as much in a week as the Russian and Ukrainian women took for extras.
    I think that the hotel showed its best side here, being able to adapt to our national characteristics.

    There are 5 restaurants on site. Visiting is free, but by appointment: Turkish, Chinese, Mexican, fish, Italian. We never got into Italian. Chinese and Mexican are the same name :-) The only beauty is that you sit and are served by a waiter (instead of eating at a buffet). From the Chinese there were only 3 pieces of sushi - everything else was ordinary cuisine (the term SOKE - does not mean anything to the waiter), and in the Mexican - pureed lentil soup (there was no tequila either) - everything else was the same as in the Chinese. The Turkish restaurant is cool - but they get a lot of people there and frankly don’t have time to serve. But the fish one is beyond praise. Located right on the beach, optimal ratio of tables and waiters - I really liked it.

    REST
    We had a family vacation, quietly, calmly, so I can’t evaluate the quality of the animation - I didn’t use the services at all :) But there is a lot of entertainment - yoga, water aerobics, football, volleyball, archery, rifles, darts, etc. etc. In the evening there is a mandatory show program with guest artists.

    He said about the beach and pools. The only thing is that I again want to throw a stone at my compatriots.
    Among the vacationers there was a certain category of geeks who woke up at 7 am only to tie their bras around all the umbrellas and sunbeds in the area (including both pools and the beach). At 9 am a depressing impression was created - not a single person near the pool, 5 people on the beach, but all the sun loungers were occupied. Many remained empty, but at the same time "busy" until 11 o'clock. So these idiots still manage to be indignant when, having arrived at “their sun lounger” at 10 am at the pool, they reached the sea by 11 and “their” sun lounger was occupied there (they threw in the towel) - like “on what grounds did you take our sun lounger - I here he left an imprint of his genitals - didn’t you see?
    However, despite these freaks, whom Soviet childhood completely deprived of education, there were ALWAYS enough sun loungers on the beach and near the pool. Not always in the first row (they usually stood there empty with someone else's towels). And here the hotel was one step ahead of our compatriots.

    GENERAL IMPRESSION
    Overall the hotel makes a fairly good impression. Especially because it takes into account our national characteristics and manages to provide for emergency situations. But I certainly wouldn't give it 5 stars. There is something to work on. 4 stars are solid and confident. But again - there are many nuances, because of which I will not give 5 stars - they are, in principle, not achievable, because the hotel is almost 100% populated by Russian speakers. And no matter how much you explain to our women with the mentality of a shit-bearer from a pig farm, who unexpectedly ended up in the white rooms, that occupying 3 sunbeds at once near all the pools and the sea at 7 am and coming to them at 11 is not good - she will stare at you with her little piggy eyes eyes and frantically hysterically screaming “you’re a fool, I was the first to inherit it, so it’s mine”!

    Yes, and also, the most important thing for our compatriots is swill. There is swill, a lot of it, depending on the bar and time of day - diluted in different proportions :-) Since I don’t like rums, gins, tequilas, etc. – I tried them in a cocktail (I liked it) and that’s it. Vodka in some places was completely normal (Rublevskaya), in others it was clearly mixed in the wrong proportion with melted ice;) There was a lot of beer and good (Efes).
    Juices - freshly squeezed orange in bars, the rest - I still don’t understand. It feels like they took the juice, evaporated it to a jam, and then diluted it with water again. Obviously not UPI, as many people write (i.e. not powder), but not natural juice in its pure form.

    In general, in terms of price/quality ratio, I think the hotel is super. If you just can’t trim your protruding fingers, then perhaps you will find a piece of ointment there.

    DAY 1.
    On the first day, even before check-in, we found the Dr Serbest SPA according to the signs and signed up there to go to the hammam for a program with steam rooms and three types of massage. They made an appointment for us at 15.00 and told us to arrive at that time. We arrive, pay $100 for two, change clothes, and the masseur takes us straight from the locker rooms to a peeling. In complete bewilderment, we tell him that this procedure requires prepared and steamed skin, because... This is our sixth time in a Turkish hammam and we know how it happens, but this character points to his watch and says “time, time,” we refuse to go. He goes to the main thing (SERDAR), returns and allows me to go to the steam room for 5-7 minutes. Let's go, let's go for peeling. The masseurs were already angry and in a hurry. Accordingly, peeling was reminiscent of planing wood. One could see a frantic desire to tear off at least something from the skin in order to show off their peeling skills. As a result, my skin on my décolleté was completely torn off (photos are attached) and small spots all over my body, which later provoked an allergy to the sun. We leave the SPA, start complaining at their reception, they tell us that it was me who got sunburned (yup, an hour after checking in), they bring cheap HAND cream and say: “This is for you, apply it.” We give the cream back, go to the hotel in Guest Relations, find the girl OKSANA SOZAN there, and show her how the procedures are carried out in their SPA. Her first answer is that the spa does not belong to the hotel at all (despite the fact that their advertising is simply everywhere, even on the room keys and in the speed dial in the room). But she went with us to the spa to “resolve” the issue. She recounted the whole problem, but they had already prepared and told her their story, that we were allegedly late ourselves, we should have arrived in advance, and not exactly at 15.00. And what happened to my skin is “NORMAL”. Oksana said that the issue would be resolved and asked us to come back in a couple of days.

    DAY 2-4.
    All this time I had to treat my skin, buying treatment products with my own money. As a result, the issue was not resolved even after 4 days, because Oksana, with her keen “medical” eye, did not notice any serious damage, running past me on more important matters.

    DAY 5.
    We decided to remind ourselves, we come to the SPA to Serdar and ask how our issue will be resolved. He tells us not to interfere with the guests' rest and threatens us to call the hotel security (which they do not belong to, as you remember) =)) We again come to the Guest Relations counter to Oksana, she says that she has listened to both sides of the conflict and does not understand what we want. I'm asking what two parties, if there is only an injured party from whom they took money, skinned them, accused them of being their own fault and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, let alone return $50 to the injured person. She calls Serdar again, talks to him and then tells us that he agreed to return $25, because... believes he did nothing wrong. My boyfriend said out loud that he should go to hell with his proposal and not disgrace himself, because we spent more on treatment! (IN THE FURTHER THIS PHRASE WILL BE COMPLETELY CHANGED BY OKSANA AND WILL BECOME A BASIS FOR EVICTION). We said we would write a review about this spa! Oksana calls the person ADIL TURUNC (Operation Manager) and says that she cannot resolve the conflict peacefully. Adil asks us to approach him and says that he has already spoken with the spa and we will be refunded 50 dollars. To do this, we need to approach Oksana again so that she can go with us to the spa and record everything. Two hours later we find Oksana, but she turns away from us and asks us to contact Natalya, who is sitting next to us, and she tells us that no one will return anything to us and threatens that if we continue in the same spirit, then our vacation will be suspended! We are shocked, we tell her that this is some kind of mistake, we personally talked with Adil and he said something completely different. Oksana joins the conversation and says: “I spoke with Adil half an hour ago and we decided that you will still leave us a bad review, so we will not return anything to you, and if you continue in the same spirit, we can evict you. And if we return your money, we will ask you for a receipt that you have no complaints." We refuse and answer her that we will leave a review in any case, and the price is the reputation of your hotel - 50 dollars and cheap threats. They were probably hoping to scare us and close our mouth. Next we call Tez Tour to our guide and tell us that we are being threatened with eviction. The guide said that he called the hotel, and it turns out they don’t know about any problems with guests, much less about eviction. We were assured that no one had the right to evict us.

    DAY 6.
    Our travel agency has sent a formal complaint about the hotel to Tez Tour. While the complaint was under consideration, we approached IREM KARA KOC (Guest Service Manager) to find out what right the hotel has to blackmail us with eviction. She told us that it is not they who are blackmailing us, but we are blackmailing them with our review if they do not return the money to us, which is a blatant lie, because we promised to leave a review in any case, and they tried to buy our silence for our $50 , but failed. To our question whether the phrase “We will leave a review” is blackmail, she answered: “Yes, of course!” Naturally, she did not forget to remind us that we could be denied further accommodation at the hotel. In the end, she added that she did not want to waste her time on us anymore and forbade us to contact Guest Service, which is included in the price of our stay, despite the fact that even the evening of the previous day they lied to our tour operator over the phone that they were not aware of any problems with guests! It was very ridiculous to hear all these words from a person who was seeing us for the first time and couldn’t even answer the question what our names were!!! After this conversation, our travel agent called Guest Service personally, where Oksana slandered us that we were swearing all over the hotel, and then simply hung up. Further attempts to reach her ended with him hanging up.

    DAY 7.
    An official response has arrived from Tez Tour. In it we learned that the hotel had lied to us, accused us of incorrect communication with the staff and, naturally, did not forget to remind us that the SPA does not belong to the hotel. Therefore, the hotel will not apologize. This answer did not suit us, because these were one-sided negotiations with the people against whom our complaint was directed. We called the Turkish Tez Tour office ourselves. After all, the complaint was not about the SPA itself, but about threats about our eviction from the managers. And now slander has been added to everything else. Tez Tour once again calls the hotel, and they report that NO ONE even told us about eviction, there was only a small problem with the SPA center, which does not apply to them. To understand this theater of the absurd, Tez Tour decides to send its main guide to the region to the hotel to conduct tripartite negotiations. We met the guide, he called Oksana to come to the negotiations, she promised to be there in 2 minutes, but after 15 minutes she still didn’t show up, refusing to participate in the conversation. Irem appeared instead. We insisted that our conversation be recorded because we were tired of their lies. Naturally, Irem refused, to which we responded by refusing to communicate with her. We sat silently and watched her tell Turkish tales to our guide. And then, out of nowhere, the highlight of the program appears in a red T-shirt, a manager named Adil, sits down opposite us and, breathing heavily, declares that we should get out of here and that he doesn’t want to see us in the hotel for a minute! Then he solemnly waves his hand at us and disappears in an unknown direction, leaving everyone present completely delighted with his show. Adil, sorry. that they didn’t have time to clap for you at that moment. We got up and went to pack our things while Tez Tour found us a hotel for the remaining 24 hours.

    AND NOW THE GENERAL IMPRESSIONS.

    TERRITORY:
    Fantastic! Perhaps this is where the advantages end. Shit but in a beautiful wrapper!

    ROOMS. When we checked in, we were told for several hours that our room was not ready yet. And then they moved us to another room anyway. =) I would also like to say about room cleaning that in the less than a week that we spent here, several times we had to call the reception and ask either to clean the room (when it was already 15.30) or to bring towels, which were carefully missing.

    NUTRITION:
    They take quantity, but not quality. The cooks are so busy preparing side dishes that they apparently completely forget about the meat. Boiled lamb, undercooked chicken wings, liver, small fried fish with a huge number of bones - this is what they consider worthy of feeding people in a five-star German hotel. Roasting turkey and roasting salmon twice in one week feels like a holiday. There is a large selection of food, but there is not much to choose from.

    BEVERAGES. Diluted Fanta in most machines (photo for comparison attached). Sometimes there is no milk in coffee machines, so you have to remake your latte several times. People who write that there is fresh juice for breakfast here... If the machine says freshly squished juice, this does not mean that it is fresh =) It is just yuppie or regular juice, which is shaken before your eyes under the guise of freshly squeezed juice. Strawberries were also never seen in mid-May.

    WAITERS. They try to please the guests, perhaps the waiters are the only people in the hotel who at least try to do a good job. But in the evening, when you go to the table with a plate, they will wipe away the crumbs and remnants of food only on that part of the table where they decided that you will sit, and the rest of the table will remain uncleaned.

    BAR SERVICE. If you are not German, stand and wait while the Germans are being served. Even if you are alone at the bar, wait until the German comes. Without it you won't be noticed. =)

    RESULT. Perhaps you will be lucky and you will be able to relax without problems. But I would not advise anyone to go to this hotel, where they can ruin your health, blackmail you, and then slander you and evict you. I hope this review will help tourists when choosing a place to stay. And I would suggest renaming the spa from Dr Serbest to Dr Serworst. =)
