We vacationed in August 2018. I enjoyed my vacation. It’s very convenient that the hotel has a café-bar, where chef Natalya cooked very tasty food. It's a couple of minutes walk to the sea. The beach is always free.

What you didn’t like has nothing to do with the hotel. 1. Lack of a fruit market within walking distance (you need to drive). 2. Not very clean streets (human factor and vacationers too). 3. Lack of a pharmacy (sometimes or for someone this is important) within walking distance (you need to go).

We vacationed with a 10-year-old child from June 26 to July 12. 2018 The hotel, its territory, equipment, appearance everything is very high quality and beautifully arranged, thought out and made with love for a comfortable stay for guests. The cuisine is homemade, fresh, tasty, simply wonderful, with a choice of menus and more. The staff communicates with great enthusiasm and positivity on any nuances and resolves all issues. Big choice interesting excursions. The sea is a 5-7 minute walk away. The beach is large pebbles, special shoes are recommended. The sea is magnificent, clean, transparent, very warm. In the morning from 8 to 10 you don’t see people swimming nearby, it’s so empty and comfortable, they don’t walk on their heads, they don’t smoke in their faces. Near the hotel, in the village, there are not large shops (water, ice cream, drinks of various strengths, groceries). We were very pleased with the hotel and the sea! Thanks a lot.

Almost nothing was ready for our arrival. There were not even toiletries in the room, not to mention dishes that had not been washed, probably after last season. There was construction behind the fence, plastic waste was constantly being burned, there was a stench. We can somehow take care of the departure of people.

Beds creaking.

We rested from August 28 to September 7, 2017 at the Platan 1 hotel. The staff serving us: Tahir, Svetlana, Yulia are simply wonderful people. Tahir and Sveta prepared wonderful dishes in the hotel cafe: Kharcho soup, borscht, shish kebab, goulash, cutlets, pilaf, French meat, fish - everything is very tasty and at affordable prices. The rooms are good, they were constantly cleaned, linen was changed every two days. The hotel is excellent, a 3-minute walk to the sea. The sea is clean, the water is emerald. Air/water temperature - 30/26 degrees. The impression from visiting Abkhazia is magnificent. Were on about. Ritsa and New Athos. In general, everything is very great. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We'll come again next year.

There was only one thing I didn’t like, but this does not apply to Platan. This is boorish and aggressive driving of Abkhazians on the roads of the country.... Brothers of the Abkhazians!!! You can not do it this way!!! Take care of people's lives and yours!!!

We vacationed with our son in August 2017. The place is quiet, calm, not crowded. People who work in hotel house Sycamores are very responsive, open, welcoming and bright. We really liked the food: varied and tasty. Everything is homemade and prepared with care. We sincerely thank Diana and Svetlana, who work in the cafe at Platan. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All equipment worked. We thank Yulia for the comfort and care. Assistance was provided in organizing excursions around Abkhazia. For which a special thank you from my son Danila. We are very grateful to Tahir, this bright man, who gave us joy on vacation with traditional dishes, good humor, stories about Abkhazia and for simply being there. My son and I were in Abkhazia for the first time. Thanks to such a wonderful team at the Platan house, we have only warm and bright memories of our vacation. Tahir, Diana, Svetlana, Yulia, we remember you and thank you for being there!!! If possible, we will definitely come to Platan!!! Svetlana and Danila.

To provide return transfer services, a minibus/bus arrives 4–6 hours (depending on the congestion of the border and the distance of the accommodation facility) before the departure time of the train or plane.

Information on the time of delivery of the minibus/bus for the provision of return transfer services is communicated by the dispatcher of the transport company on the eve of departure to the contact numbers of tourists specified when booking.

Conditions for providing group transfers.

1. The travel agent must do so no less than 5 working days before the transfer date, in personal account in the Notes to the application must provide the Tour Operator with:

1.1. data on customer arrivals (flight number, time of arrival at destination or train number and carriage number, time of arrival at destination),
1.2. tourists' mobile phones.

2. The transfer is carried out either on one bus/minibus or on two buses/minibuses with a transfer at the border.

3. Child (according to age restrictions) a separate seat on the bus is provided only if there are free (unsold) seats. If all seats on the bus are sold, the child is placed on the lap of an adult.

4. If tourists, without waiting for the appointed time of departure of transport, decided to get to the accommodation facility on their own, a refund of the paid Money is not implemented.

5. In case of arrival or departure of tourists outside the group transfer schedule, only an individual transfer can be ordered.

6. In case of failure to report late or non-arrival of the client for any reason at the meeting point, the transfer is considered completed, money is not refundable.

7. If tourists have an incorrect information in their order mobile phone or the subscriber’s phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find tourists at the airport or train station, the transfer is considered completed, and money is not refundable.

11. A group transfer involves the transportation of tourists and luggage based on the number of tourists in the bus/minibus, the number seats and average volume of oversized luggage. Baggage allowance per person is 1 suitcase + hand luggage.

The transfer is provided in foreign cars of the “Standard” category.

Part of the car park is equipped with air conditioning.
The maximum number of passengers in a passenger car is 4 people. (including children of any age).
If you have bulky luggage (suitcases, strollers, etc.) that is larger than the trunk volume of a sedan car, you must order a minibus.

Instead of an ordered minibus with 5 to 8 seats, Tour Operator "Dolphin" reserves the right to provide several cars for transfer.
