Good afternoon We returned from Valencia at the end of September. Before the trip we found the agency's website individual tours Myvalencia, they called and were pleasantly surprised - everything they promised on the website really happened. We expressed our wishes to manager Dmitry, discussed it, and received the entire description by email. We ordered a transfer from Valencia airport to Gandia, 10 days later back to Valencia, three excursions in Valencia and transfer to the airport. Moreover, if it is written on the website that if you order at least one excursion, transfer to the airport is free - however, they took you for free. Moreover, they gave very good discounts on 2 out of 3 excursions. They offered to make a partial advance payment, but at will. We didn’t, we paid on the spot for each product separately. Two days before the flight they sent a photo of the driver meeting him, no signs. Roman met us on time, quickly took us to Gandia, and talked about Spain along the way. After 10 days, he came for us, and Roman also drove us in Valencia. We really liked that all the days one person was responsible for our trip, we could always contact him by phone if we had any questions. He brought us to the hotel, came with us to the reception, and made sure that everything was in order. A couple of hours later he took us on a scooter excursion through the parks of Turia. Great! Although I personally wasn’t able to ride a scooter well right away, there weren’t many people there during the day, so we rode both there and back successfully. We stopped wherever we liked, Roman told about each bridge, about interesting places Oh. He showed us where the entrance to the biopark was, where the ticket office was, where to cross the bridge - in general, we were then able to quickly find our way around. Then we also took a ride around the City of Science and Arts, although this was not included in the excursion, but then we were also able to navigate on our own when going there, to the Oceanographic. Then, instead of the hotel, he took us to the El Saler supermarket and told us where the toy store was. We felt help and care for us, and not only from Roman, but also the manager Dmitry from Moscow also contacted us several times by email. So don’t worry, the Muvalencia agency won’t leave you alone with questions, it will help. A day later, Roman picked us up from the hotel for a walking tour of old Valencia, the guide brought us directly to the hotel, and in the evening he took us to a small restaurant with a flamenco show. I ordered everything myself in advance, a table and snacks. Our special thanks to Roman for flamenco. It was real FLAMENCO, we even forgot about the delicious (very tasty) snacks, it was so mesmerizing, we couldn’t tear ourselves away. Roman picked us up at night, but after such a performance I didn’t even want to sleep. And in the morning he took us to the plane. Thanks to Roman, thanks to Dmitry, thanks to Myvalencia, I really want to come again, again with them, since we haven’t had time to see everything yet. I recommend it to everyone, everything is great. GREAT! See you!

We had a family vacation during the autumn holidays.

Family vacation on autumn holidays. Quite by accident we found the website of the company “My Valencia” on the Internet. We applied for two excursions and were pleasantly surprised that they would meet us and take us from the airport and back for free!
Great job by guide Roman! He showed us the new, beautiful and well-groomed Valencia (we had already been here before, but for one day)!
Now we have fallen in love with this city!
It was a wonderful excursion to the caves with the underground river on boats! The child and my husband and I really liked it!
We will return to this extraordinary city again!
And of course, we won’t even think about where to turn to organize excursions!!
There is still a lot of interesting things to see!
I recommend this company!!

All liked it!

We visited Valencia for the first time in September 2016, and meeting a wonderful person and storyteller Roman (My Valencia company) was a wonderful gift from our vacation. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the apartment and several excursions with this company, and we were provided with a return transfer to the airport as a bonus! We were pleasantly surprised by the prices for the excursion program compared to other guides, while the intensity and quality do not suffer. Special thanks to Roman for the help he provided us in solving personal problems, his punctuality, and his erudition. We sincerely wish the company prosperity and pleasant tourists! Thanks a lot for excellent organization our vacation.
Kuznetsovs: Nadezhda and Alexander

Hi all. At the beginning of September we vacationed in Valencia. Everything is just great. Before departure we contacted this agency. We were met by a wonderful guy Roman. Generally beautiful. And he met. And organized excursions. Very polite. Punctual. He told everything, showed everything. Well done overall. And just a good guy. ??. I advise everyone - if you go there, contact him. You will not regret. And everything is fine. And Spain and Valencia and seaside holidays. One minus is that the tourism sector is poorly developed. But that's good. More calm.

In Valencia - for the second time. We usually go sightseeing on our own, but this time we decided to visit the Caves outside the city and book a tour there. While still in Moscow, we called a representative of this agency Myvalencia, since they had the cheapest prices, and agreed on a specific date for the excursion, and upon arriving in Valencia they confirmed our desire.
Everything was great! Punctual, polite, interesting!
At the appointed time, a beautiful Mercedes car with a handsome and erudite guide, Roman, arrived at our hotel. We drove about an hour to the caves and learned a lot about the surroundings of Valencia and the history of the Caves. All issues with tickets and audio guide were quickly resolved on the spot. We examined the caves moving along underground river by boat, it was very interesting to walk inside the rocks. We were taken back not to the hotel, but at our request to another place in Valencia. Thank you.
We wish the company growth and prosperity! We will definitely contact them next time. We recommend it to everyone!
Tatiana and Olga

We vacationed with our son in Valencia in November 2016 and used the service of this travel agency, went to thermal springs and a bodega. I liked the excursions, and the representative of the company, Roman, organized everything with dignity and turned out to be an interesting conversationalist. Therefore, I recommend it to others - you can confidently contact Myvalencia. Have a good holiday for everyone, and for the development of the company.

Sergey
Surgut

A wonderful holiday with excellent sincere service!

I express my deep gratitude to MyValencia and in particular to Roman. The excursion to the caves was amazing, and the visit to flamenco was the very cherry on the cake that leaves an aftertaste to the whole holiday in Valencia. I would like to dwell on this particular event, because, in addition to a truly excellent dinner and excellent service, when the show began, the whole world around disappeared. And a little over an hour flashed by like a blink. This is not a tourist show, it is an action that is exciting with its energy and emotions, sincerely experienced by the artists, which is transmitted to the audience. I have never seen or experienced such a storm of feelings anywhere, although I have traveled half the world. As it turned out later, these were the most famous artists, some of the best. Would I have found this place myself? Hardly. I looked for it in advance and it wasn’t on my list. I even managed to meet and communicate with the artists - wonderful guys. If I come back, I will definitely go again. And I highly recommend it to everyone! Coming back to MyValencia, Roman made the stay very comfortable. An interesting, attentive conversationalist, a good storyteller. Very punctual and obligatory. I was pleasantly surprised by the complete correspondence to reality of what was stated on the website. And, of course, I was pleasantly pleased with the fact that there was a free transfer to the airport when ordering two excursions. Agree, it’s a trifle, but how nice. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, I wish you prosperity and will be happy to return!

Svetlana

Congratulation

I sincerely congratulate everyone good people“My Valencia” company Happy New Year! I wish you health, love and good luck to you and your loved ones. Companies - new unusual routes, good tourists, prosperity. Thank you for your work, sincere and attentive attitude towards us, travelers!

The trip organized by your company left a vivid impression: Guadalest conquered with mountain landscapes, Algar - with water extravaganzas. Special thanks for the trip to Calpe, to Mount Ifach, carried out at our request.
It was comfortable and pleasant to communicate with the guide Roman. All our wishes were fulfilled in full.
We will be glad to use your services the next time we visit Valencia.
Vladimir and Sergey.

So, welcome to Tangier! Here are the main reasons to visit it:

1. Sights of Tangier

For thousands of years, Tangier has been influenced by various cultures - ancient, Arab, Muslim, Spanish, Portuguese. All this affected appearance cities. Tangier is very eclectic - monuments from different eras and cultures peacefully coexist with each other. The same can be said about religions - this is one of the few Muslim cities where you can find mosques side by side with synagogues, and there are also a large number of Christian churches.

Ferry tickets can be purchased HERE:

The main attractions of Tangier:

Medina (Old City), market and Kasbah

I combined them into one point, since all three attractions are located in one place. The Kasbah is an ancient Portuguese fortress from the 18th century, which rises beautifully above the city; in the evening it is illuminated and looks magical. There is also the Dar el Makhzen Palace, which houses a museum. Not far from the entrance to the Kasbah from the embankment you can see the remains of ancient settlement, preserved from the times of Carthage. They are huge boulders with holes of cultural origin.

Dar el Makhzen Palace

On the streets of the Old Town you can see very beautiful buildings of various architectures.
There is also a market where you can buy fruit, clothes, shoes, souvenirs, and change currency. You definitely need to bargain, this is the east. But, unlike, for example, Egypt, the sellers here are not very intrusive.

Cave of Hercules

Very popular place both among tourists and among the local population. According to legend, Hercules slept in this cave before performing one of his labors. Located outside the city. You can get there either by taxi or by regular bus 2A, which departs from Aswak Assalam bus station. From the stop you will have to walk about 1 km.

The cave is of natural origin, entrance to its main part is free. Open from morning until sunset. The main thing that attracts tourists is the hole in the wall, which has the shape of Africa and through which you can see Atlantic Ocean, and in the evening and sunset. You can also admire the sunset at observation deck near the cave, which is what many people do. A small part of the cave is reserved for paid section, here you can listen to folk musicians and take pictures in national costumes.

2. Beaches of Tangier

Mikki beach Atlantic

Tangier is the only city in the world where you can enjoy the waters Mediterranean Sea, and an hour later you’re already swimming in the Atlantic. All Tangier beaches are free. The Mediterranean beach starts in the city center near the port and stretches east for several kilometers. The sand strip is wide, the depth is gradual. You can rent umbrellas and plastic chairs.

But there are no sun loungers here - local women do not sunbathe, but sit in long dark clothes. Men and children swim in the sea. But don’t be afraid to visit these beaches in European clothes and swimsuits - foreigners are treated completely adequately, no one stares or pesters. The city beach stretches to Cape Malabata, which is considered the eastern tip of Tangier. Further outside the city there are very picturesque cove beaches, for example, Playa Blanca. You can get to them by car or by regular buses.

Well, how can we avoid this topic? It's just a feast and celebration of the belly. I have never eaten so much delicious seafood in my life.

Of course, this is not Europe, and the restaurants and cafes here are very different in appearance. As a rule, visitors are laid a large blank sheet of paper on the table and brought cold snacks and bread, which are not included in the bill.

Not everywhere, but in many fish restaurants you can first select the fish raw, then weigh it and cook it.

Separately, I would like to talk about freshly squeezed juices, which are also a kind of hallmark of gastronomic Tangier. If you see a Cremerie sign, usually hung with various fruits, then you should go there. They sell fresh juices and smoothies (juices mixed with milk). My favorite is made from avocado. Another one is a mixture of avocado, strawberry, peach. This is delicious!

Tangier also has very tasty and cheap baked goods; there are a lot of bakeries in the city that offer baguettes, croissants and much, much more.
Interestingly, plastic bags are not used in the city. All goods in stores are packaged in paper bags, and, if necessary, in bags made of non-woven material. Well done Moroccans, they take care of you environment. Although the culture of cleanliness in the city still leaves much to be desired.

Cafe Hafa

This is an iconic place, which is located in the center of Tangier and is very popular among both the local population and tourists. The cafe is famous for its original stepped architecture and stunning views of the port and the Mediterranean Sea. Members of the Beatles and Rolling Stones loved to come here.

In the morning, people of all ages come here to drink the famous Moroccan mint tea. In the evening the cafe is crowded with visitors who come for dinner. Young people often smoke marijuana, which is officially prohibited. All tables are located outside. The cafe is not very clean, but incredibly colorful. There are rumors that it will soon be closed, as one of the king’s close associates wants to buy this land and build a villa on this place. In this regard, protests took place near the cafe.

The cafe was closed in 2019.

4. Morocco is cheaper than Europe

Hotels, meals in cafes and restaurants, fresh juices, and taxis are cheaper here. That is, for the same money in Morocco you can afford much more pleasures than in neighboring, more civilized Spain. The local currency is called the dirham; you can buy both dollars and euros. Exchange offices work late. You can see the Moroccan dirham to euro exchange rate HERE. Dar Omar Khayam

6. Tangier has activities for children

This is, first of all, children's park attractions and water park. They have the same owner. Entrance to the amusement park is free. The set of attractions itself is simple, although they are available for all ages - from children to extreme ones. The prices are reasonable - 1 ticket for children's attractions costs only 1 dirham - that's about 60 rubles, and when you buy 10 tickets, 2 for free. The park is open in the evening and until late at night, the water park is open during the day and until sunset. There is also a restaurant in the park panoramic view on the sea.

7.Tangier is the city that never sleeps

The Mediterranean lifestyle here is relaxed, with a daytime siesta and partying until late at night. You won’t even notice how you will be drawn into it too. Locals they like to sit for hours in numerous coffee shops and just on the lawns with large groups and families. At night, the city comes alive. A popular place for walking is the promenade along Avenue Mohammed IV, which is essentially a promenade. The promenade recently underwent a global reconstruction, which causes various complaints about its new appearance. However, this is the most popular place for evening walks. Under the promenade there are nightclubs and discos (entrance from the beach).
