The location of the air conditioner is not well thought out (in a standard room with two separate beds, the air flow goes to one person, whose bed is under it - see the photo on the website). The cooler is located in the entrance hall on the ground floor, you should have your own on each floor, or at least through the floor, it is inconvenient to go down from the upper floors. Beach inventory is a little expensive. There is no sports equipment rental at playgrounds (table tennis, for example, there are tables - either buy rackets or bring them with you).

Friendly, helpful staff. Cleaning - daily, 5 points. Rooms are clean, furniture is modern, almost new. The presence of patios with a playground for two buildings. Lawn maintenance - watering every night, mowing - doing something somewhere every day. Green spaces in the neighborhoods and around are simply heavenly bushes! There are enough cafes, canteens, shops, pharmacies in the neighborhoods. There are medical posts. The playground in the Russian House is simply a masterpiece! The children's town in the Catherine Quarter is fabulous. There are excursion bureaus on the territory of the quarters, you do not need to look for anything, they will tell and advise everything. The hotel's beach is huge, equipped with everything you need, rental equipment (sun loungers, umbrellas, sofas) is available. The animators on the beach are constantly offering entertainment for children. Lifeguards are in constant attention, they are very worried about all vacationers on the beach.

The hotel has 2 reception desks, in which you will find out in fact. There was no contact with the hotel before check-in. There were two messages about an early check-in request, they were refused. In fact, some were settled until 12 noon. The room was not particularly cleaned, not cleaned as usual at about 12, we were cleaned at about 17 pm. Our room was located next to the cafe, you could always smell the food.

Air conditioning in the 205 room practically does not freeze, I would like to have a kettle in the room - I want to drink tea both in the morning and in the evening, but for the sake of this run to the dining room? Probably not. The door to the 201 room is jammed all the time and you also need to try to close the lock. The politeness of the cleaning staff leaves much to be desired, of course there is no rudeness, but the feeling of a welcome guest does not leave. In case of poisoning, I called the medical center at the hotel - they answered that they could not help, call the ambulance. Why are they needed there, if even with mild poisoning they are powerless. An ambulance arrived and complained that they were called, although there is a first-aid post. The hotel's medical assistance at level 0. Would die in the room, they would only know when they came to clean the room - the desire to help on the part of the staff and the professionalism of the medical staff at level 0. The sink siphon was heavily clogged, that the water barely drained, no one checks or cleans it ...
