The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

2. Drinks are paid even with the Full board system. They say that this is the rule for all hotels in the UAE. Although juices and coffee are free for breakfast, the rest of the time (with the system full board) - for a fee. Compared to Turkey, Egypt, Spain, this is an incomprehensible limitation. The difference between Full Board and All Inclusive is about $100 per day per person. There is no point in taking All Inclusive if you are not going to drink alcoholic cocktails all day and night.
3. One day there was terrible cleaning. Our housekeeper Abu had a day off, he was replaced by some obviously idle guy, he did the cleaning poorly, forgot to put on the water and change the towels. It turned out later that Abu was training for a promotion - he was training to become a reception manager (a very commendable system for developing personnel, but the staff who replace such valuable personnel also need to be trained).

The whole party is in the main pool and on the pirate ship, the food is the same. There is no point in overpaying; it’s just boring on an empty private beach and pool. The sea is the same. There is no value in additional services.
7. Swimming in the sea and all sorts of activities only until 19-00 (at the end of June there were). Then it gets dark and swimming is prohibited, although at this time it is best to swim, it is not so hot.
What I liked:
1. Cookie service is an excellent management idea; you can ask for warm cookies at any time. Children and adults are given free of charge in any quantity at the reception.
2. Lots of different activities - from mini-football, big chess, small and big tennis, funny mega-darts (with sticky hairy balls that you need to knock down with a long stick to get out), to all sorts of water activities (jet skis, buns and etc.).
3. The sea is very warm 28-32 degrees. All kinds of living creatures - crabs, fish, sea stars. True, the swimming area is fenced off, so you won’t be able to swim everywhere. But be sure to take a mask, it’s interesting to dive there; if you get close to the rocks, there’s a ton of living creatures. Ideally, swim between 5:00 and 7:00, when Life Guard is still sleeping.
4. Very green area. Take a room in the Villas block (villas, Deluxe Sea View that’s what we called this category) there will definitely be a terrace on the ground floor with private access to a green area with palm trees and grass: it’s very pleasant to walk and the children will be absolutely delighted to tumble and lie around.
5. Great pirate ship - 4 waterslides(two smaller, two larger) for children 2.5 - 12 years old. Adults with small children are also allowed to ride (child in arms).
6. Overall I liked the staff. They are served by Indians, Thais, Kazakhs, Ukrainians, Russians, Pakistanis, Africans - everyone smiles, is very friendly to children, plays with cars, entertains them in every possible way, and helps parents.
7. Liked it All inclusive- we were given half a day by mistake (they put on brown bracelets), we used the services to the fullest. They also deliver and take you from your room to the reception restaurant by car (for those who are lazy or may be injured, this is very useful). Delicious cocktails (not like in Egypt with fig water or with a lot of ice), they don’t skimp, they put everything in honestly, they pour it to the brim of the glass :)
8. I liked the embankment across the road from the hotel, the colored fountains there, and the large children’s playground. It's nice to take a walk here in the evening.
9. There is a Zoom Market supermarket a 10-minute walk from the hotel (on the premises of the Rixos hotel), the prices are very affordable. We found our President sour cream, Lactonia yoghurts and Ukrainian kefir here! :) Opposite our hotel, two more eateries opened - shawarma shops. Mostly locals hang out there.
10. It is best to take a taxi or rent a car, it will be cheaper. From Dubai it was an expensive trip by car (VIP class, Porsche Cayenne) $100, by taxi from the hotel to Dubai $45-50 (class car Toyota Camry). Drive 1 hour. It takes 2.5 hours to get to the mosque in Abu Dhabi by car, do the math yourself. But this is information for those who like to travel. The hotel provides a free transfer on the day of arrival and departure.
Overall, the holiday was a success, we swam in the sea and rode the slides. But in June-August it is very hot and high humidity, keep in mind, it will be like in a sauna.

Lice after rest
I rested from April 30 to May 9, 2019, with two children, everything was good, except for the restaurant (Bai Club), the food was monotonous, meat was rare, I saw fish twice, otherwise I liked it. Regarding the administrators, I can say that it is better to contact Anastasia to resolve issues; I do not recommend contacting Asem, since she performs her duties formally, behaves arrogantly and without due respect for the guests. Other administrators communicate exclusively in English, so if you don’t know it, you will experience difficulties in your stay due to the language barrier. The sea is good and clean, jellyfish are not dangerous. A photographer on site takes photos of you for free for an hour or two, then you buy the photo from him, this is where the surprises begin, for example, to send one photo to your disk, it will cost you 8 dollars, and this is without printing. Spent three days at this hotel May holidays 2019. Don't be confused by the five stars and the name Hilton in the title. In reality, by analogy with other hotels, this is a four. One entry into such a “sea” was enough for me. Another funny thing is that the best, cleanest central part of this reservoir is reserved for aquatic species sports: jet skis and boats. Tourists swim in the pools. The most desperate ones climb into this coastal swamp. You won’t even be able to lie on the beach there: there are far fewer umbrellas than sunbeds. Although the hotel was booked for 10 days, after a couple of days spent in it, it became clear that “the vacation had to be saved,” because we were going to the sea. We had to urgently move to the Hilton Al Hamra Golf Resort, on the other side of the bay. 7 minutes by taxi, but the impression is completely different. There's a great beach there! Waves, sand, clear (by Emirati standards, of course) water. In short, if you are going to the Emirates to swim in the sea, then there is nothing to do in Doubletree. In May 2019 we visited the hotel for the second time. Room 1822 on the eighth floor with sea view. The view is great. Cleaning was done in a timely manner. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, iron and even an alarm clock. The food is okay. If you are not a gourmet, you definitely won’t go hungry. Fruits include watermelon, melon, pineapple and something else. The pool is large and comfortable. Low tide on the beach in the morning, normal in the afternoon. Coarse bulk sand. There are jellyfish, but they are blue and clearly visible in the water, so they do not cause problems. The road from the airport to the hotel by bus is 1.5 hours, if by car, then 45 minutes. There are three-story buildings with private swimming pools. Located away from the main building.
