I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows for in accordance with a given algorithm, searching for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and Tour Operator.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

Everything is great, the only disappointment is that all the sunbeds near the pool were constantly occupied

Decent budget hotel

This hotel is suitable for picky tourists and budget holiday. Location -15 minutes to all parties, 3 minutes to shopping center with a dining room, McDonald's, Starbucks, etc. The hotel is not new, although they monitor the condition (they paint the walls, the air conditioner in the room is only 2 years old). The price/quality balance is excellent! A clean pool with a depth of 180 cm (this is rare). If the air conditioner blows into the bed, then with the remote control you can direct the air stream lower or higher. If you leave fruit skins in the room, then small ants come)

Thanks to my favorite hotel for the amazing Honeymoon, we did not deliberate for long before we decided to return to the hotel again. Ideal location relative to the City Center, Fruit Market, pier and other frequently used places. We returned to the hotel two years later and were pleasantly surprised, the quality of cleaning has become much better, it is clear that the rooms are now being looked after more, the breakfasts have become more varied and tastier. I'm staying at the hotel again because coming here feels like home. The hotel, of course, is not new, but it will provide you with comfort, a great location in the center of Pattaya, a gorgeous swimming pool and amazing staff - those very Thai smiles that are talked about so much, but which are often lost in the huge tourist flow in other places in Pattaya. I really liked the pool, it was big, the child was delighted and so were we. There are also various entertainments: billiards, ping pong, table football, a room for children. Breakfast is good, but the main menu is the same every day, sometimes European dishes change.

The girls at the reception are always friendly and quickly respond to all requests. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Indians are very noisy, but they are not asked to be quiet until one of the visitors begins to complain, although they could listen to music until 6 in the morning and knock on other people's doors at night.

Warm, cozy, soulful! Excellent breakfast, nice room. But the best thing is the swimming pool. I wouldn’t get out of it at all if it were possible. The only small negative is the poor Wi-Fi. Do something about the quality of the Internet, and the price of the hotel will not be reduced! Thank you all so much, it was great!

The worst chain hotel in the world

The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the 4* category, nor does it belong to a well-known chain. I would like to add that after 2 nights of staying at the hotel, despite non-refundable tariff and quite high cost new year holidays(9,000 rubles per night, we booked about 12 nights), we moved to another Pattaya hotel. We also previously vacationed in a well-known chain on the island of Koh Chang, where the cost was not significantly more expensive, but the level of the hotel differed significantly. I absolutely did not like: 1. The furniture is old and cheap. The plumbing requires major repairs. 2. The walls in the shower and toilet are dirty 3. Bathrobes in the rooms have holes, towels are worn out to holes. 4. Breakfast is very poor: no porridge, almost never cheese, very poor choice (sausage, bacon, frankfurters, egg dishes, muesli). There were no tea bags, the coffee was disgusting. The omelette filling consisted only of tomatoes. 5. No privileges for program participants and birthday people during their stay. 6. Terrible uncomfortable sunbeds near the pool. The area around the pool is dirty, there is a smell of sewage from a nearby building. 7. There is no security at the hotel, at night drunken visitors took prostitutes to their rooms, no one stopped them at the hotel. But there were many families with children. I strongly recommend that the management of the chain pay attention to this hotel!!! This is a shame for Mercure!

Good afternoon, my name is Alexey, I’m staying at this hotel for the fourth time. The level of service is excellent. The hotel is clean and always in order. The staff is very responsive, always ready to help in any situation. I especially wanted to note the work of the manager named Tim (at the reception desk). He helped us in many matters, he speaks well English language, always very friendly and courteous, special thanks to him for this (Hello, Tim, if you’re reading this) Maybe it’s only thanks to him that we choose this hotel every time. Overall all the staff are very nice and friendly. This year they reconstructed the playground and children's pool, it left a good impression. In my opinion, the evening sea barbecues should not have been removed. I was also very disappointed by the increase in prices for cocktails and alcoholic drinks - you are losing customers! Last time I bought a lot more at the aquabar for myself and my family, we regularly ordered pizza (there were a lot of promotions: buy one, get the second free). Now there are no promotions, or there are very few of them, and prices have also been increased, so now it is not profitable for me and my family to buy at the hotel. This is upsetting. Also, as a wish, make more Russian TV channels on your TV, otherwise there are only 2 and that’s not enough. IN this hotel This was not our first time on holiday. We come once every six months. We go to Pataya, as some say, as if we were going to a dacha; there is something to compare it with. We really like the hotel, firstly for its location, it is in the center and at the same time 50 meters from all the noise and hubbub, the hotel itself is quiet and there is no street noise at all. Secondly, there is its own area with a very nice swimming pool, and its own tropical oasis; I repeat, the hotel is located in the very center, everything is within walking distance. During our half a year of absence, we did a lot for the kids, near the pool, they installed a slide and much more, the grandson was happy. The rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed. The staff does everything to the maximum to ensure that vacationers have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We will come here constantly, we really like it here, unless of course they raise the price tag, otherwise, as soon as you say something good, everything starts to become more expensive.

Allow me to inform you that we are in the process of renovating and upgrading some of our facilities in order to enhance customer experience with a refreshed and more modern public space. We are planning to complete this project by end of next month, and most of the very noisy works have already been done. Everything is great at the hotel. We really liked everything. The staff is absolutely amazing. Food GOOD! The only thing that brought discomfort was the Chinese residents))) There were so many of them and very noisy. But in general, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SOUL HOSPITALITY AND FOR YOUR SMILES!!! WE are glad that we visited your hotel. Wait for us again. Bye)))
