I hereby, being the Customer of the tourist services that are part of the tourist product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give my consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: surname, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data related to my personality and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, in the amount necessary for the implementation and provision of tourist services, including those included in the tourist product formed by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or a set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and data of persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without using such means, if the processing of personal data without using such means corresponds to the nature of the actions (about operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows you to search for personal data recorded on a material medium and contained in card files or other systematic collections of personal data, and / or access to such personal data in accordance with a given algorithm, and also for the transfer (including cross-border) of these personal data to the Tour Operator and to third parties - partners of the Agent and the Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (the Tour Operator and direct service providers) in order to fulfill this contract (including, depending on the terms of the contract, for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized state bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data transferred by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and its authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and the Tour Operator to send me emails / newsletters to the e-mail address and / or mobile phone number provided by me.
I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide the personal data of the persons indicated in the Application, and I undertake to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of the inspection bodies.
I agree that the text given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, consent to the processing of personal data is stored electronically in the database and / or on paper and confirms the fact of consent processing and transferring personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.

We rested with my spouse from 15 to 22 June 2015. RODOPI ZVETE FLORA 4 * represents hotel, consisting of three hotels with a common area. Upon arrival, we settled in the Tsvete hotel - the closest to the sea, but the most distant from the infrastructure of the hotel itself. Unpleasant surprise - most of the staff speaks german, not everyone knows English, even at the reception. The same applies to the animation team, all competitions (including the explanation of the rules) are only in German, without duplication in English, and even more so Russian. In general, we have repeatedly heard remarks that we have not liked Russians for the last year. Although this did not affect the attitude towards us in any way, there was no disdainful attitude. We liked the room (we ordered the Studio type), very spacious and in generally well-groomed, although he did not breathe newness and wealth. All the essentials are in the room, although as it turned out, there was not enough kettle. The weather was pretty cool (20-23 degrees on average), rainy, so hot tea would greatly brighten our stay. There is a TV in the room, there is only one Russian channel - NTV. There is no Internet in the rooms, we went to the Flora hotel, where we bought a certain number of minutes of access and sat in the lobby. Well, the speed of the Internet leaves much to be desired) The territory of the hotel complex is very large and quite well-groomed, but half of the facilities were simply closed during our stay (neither the slide nor the playground worked, some pools were closed). The water in such weather did not warm up naturally, and there are no pools with heated water, so the bathing process was also associated with freezing, prolonged getting used to the water temperature - hardening, in a word. I would like to pay special attention to nutrition. We flew to rest during pregnancy, therefore, when choosing a hotel, we especially carefully studied the issue of catering, specially chose an All Inclusive meal, counted on an abundance of vegetables / fruits / dietary dishes, since the hotel was positioned for families with children. And what was the disappointment that you feel hungry all the time, since it was difficult to choose anything. And this is not due to discrimination in a special period of life, the spouse is also dissatisfied with the food. There are very few meat dishes: with the exception of chicken thighs, all dishes are made from minced meat only, quite spicy with specific seasonings. There were only tomatoes and cucumbers in abundance for all three meals, and a good selection of fruits for lunch and dinner. The snack bar only has pizza and fries and ice cream. There are no juices, in principle, only diluted concentrates of the yupi type. Sweets and pastries were also not suitable for consumption. And always before the opening of the restaurant, a crowd of people had already gathered at its doors, who wanted to take seats at the tables as soon as possible. On the positive side, it is possible to note clean air, proximity to the sea and a walking area with many benches and shops (which did not add noise in the room), in general, a fairly measured rhythm of relaxation. It is worth going there, stocking up on books / embroidery / films on a laptop or tablet.…

Pool towels not provided. They offer to buy their own. This must be indicated on the hotel website. Meager assortment of non-alcoholic cocktails, no juices, not even reconstituted ones. The air conditioners in the Rodopi building are somewhat outdated, but still work. The pillows in the room are rather old and hard, but the staff is accommodating and changes to softer ones. However, the mattresses and pillows should be replaced with more comfortable and new ones. The Wi-Fi zone is very unstable and the internet is weak. There is no internet in the room - the website says otherwise. The food is varied, but the quality of the fruit is not always good. The quality of dishwashing is low, you need to watch what you take.
Friendly staff in bars and restaurant. Large (for Bulgaria) green area. Clean pools. Diverse food. Clean rooms with balcony. Good animators. The staff understands Russian and will always come to the rescue in case of difficulties. Close to the sea, shops and ATMs. Security does not allow strangers to enter the hotel. Close to the center. The hotel for European 4 * does not hold out a little, but it is a stable 3 * with a plus for a good family vacation. Overall, a very worthy place.

We rested with a company of three children and three adults. Everyone is happy. THANKS TO THE RECEPTION STAFF for the lightning-fast solution of all issues of check-in, accommodation, extension. Housekeeping for cleanliness and helpfulness. And, of course, to chefs, bartenders and restaurant staff for delicious food and fast service.

In my room, instead of a 2-bed bed, there were 2 mattresses moved, which moved apart. It was very uncomfortable (
I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, children's room, pools, highchairs in the dining room, tasty and healthy food (lots of vegetables) after the room was returned, it was allowed to visit the restaurant, because the plane was late at night.

There is simply no such thing!
All! Was with my family from 24 to 31 August on the system - All inclusive. They settled in a large room with two steel beds and a sofa. The room had a TV, balcony, bathroom. The furniture is in very good condition. At the reception they speak Russian, English and other languages, the settlement is maximum 20 minutes (this is with the arrival in the room), EVERY DAY they cleaned the room, the food is excellent - I would say for slaughter. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially the waiters and bartenders - the impression is that you are almost carried in their arms if only you were happy with everything. Three clean pools (sunbeds are cleaned and washed every night), cool waterslides... The animators are just fine fellows, and they entertain children and don't forget about adults, the only thing is that they don't speak Russian very well, but finding a common language is not a problem. Two excellent restaurants + 2 lobby bars and 1 awesome snack bar (pizza, etc. from 10 am). The area is large, green, clean and well appointed! The sea is really 100 meters! In general, I can't describe everything, but I really had a great rest, despite the everyday antics of my son. What I want to say - the administration and staff are GOOD!

There is only one free socket in the rooms. Didn't work in our room. Went 3 times for an electrician, on the 2nd day they fixed it. The lock from the balcony door hardly worked. We paid attention upon arrival, but without results. The room cleaners make noise and communicate loudly, sometimes it made it difficult to sleep in the morning (maybe it was just ours). The sun loungers around the pool must be occupied until 9:00, then there will be no chances. Beer is very similar to beer-flavored water. We were in August and only watermelon and melon seemed ripe from fruit.

Several unpleasant moments that relate not so much to this hotel as to Sunny Beach (and Bulgaria?) in general: 1. The hotel has no (!) address, i.e. the car navigator will not find it, and the phone number indicated on the booking did not answer me. To help google maps. 2. "Receptionist" and "guards" at the gate - when I drove up to the gate (first from one side, then from the other side), the guys on the "difficult" came up not to find out what was going on, but to drive me away. They don't speak Russian, nor English, in fact. This is probably the mentality, because the same hostile friend on the beach was selling sun loungers ... 3. There is a paradise for smokers - no one drives them anywhere. If you smoke near your child (on the territory of the hotel or on the beach), then you will have to solve this problem yourself. At the same time, people are sincerely perplexed why it is impossible to smoke ...
In general, the hotel is in order, I do not want to find fault with trifles like tired furniture. Everything you need is there. Generally suitable for families with children. The beach is very close. It is, however, crammed to capacity (the so-called "free" part), which I personally do not really like. In water, the same thing - and an oil film from creams on the surface ... :) Shops are within walking distance. The market is full of "famous brands" :). If you have a car, you can go to larger stores ("Janet", for example), as well as go to a camel farm (not far away), to Varna (an hour's drive along a mountain road) to a dolphinarium (rather dull) and an aquarium (do not waste time, this is not an oceanarium, but an aquarium) or in Burgas and Sozopol. Not far from the latter is the pretentious castle "In love with the wind" - a paradise for lovers of selfie and fantasy.
