We were really looking forward to our vacation. We chose Turkey. I liked the hotel for its neatness and attention. There are a lot of children and the hotel has everything for them (animation, children's club, ice cream, zoo). The children's screams were a little annoying, so we tuned in to silence (but this is not a minus for the hotel). I liked the views. Very beautiful area (plants, installations, sculptures). The eye rested and enjoyed. The sea is clear in the morning, we entered the sea from the pier (some jumped, some from the stairs). The food is varied and really tasty, lots of fruit (watermelon, cherries, which we love) every day. We watched the sunrise from the room and the sunset on the pier - romance. The room was cleaned, but not every day. Often asked to remove or at least replace towels. Upon arrival, we discovered a leak in the shower, and a day later they sealed it with sealant. It leaked from time to time, but we didn’t strain. The biggest minus is MOSQUITOES. The fumigator didn't help. Mosquito nets would be nice. We don't sleep with air conditioning. The balcony is open. A few words about guides and trips. Hotel guide Ruslan was not impressed. Trips ---I liked Ephesus-Pammukule. Hotel and food during the trip are not great. But the impression from the guide was pleasant - also Ruslan, who looks like Harry Potter, tried very hard to please. That's why the girls really liked it. But the trip to Dalyan did not go well - they arrived for us 30 minutes late, we saw few turtles, we caught crabs, the food was absolutely terrible. I caught a hair. The guide only asked if we liked the trip and convinced himself that yes. Something like that.

Good afternoon to all tourists. I have wanted to visit the resort town of Fethiye for a long time. Namely in the province of Mugla and our choice was the Club Tuana hotel. I was on vacation with my work colleagues. The choice did not disappoint anyone. Nature is magical, fresh air, sea and silence. The hotel is beautiful - a large green area, everything blooms and smells around, there are many paths. The hotel has its own beach, first line. The beach is sandy and pebble. Umbrellas, sun loungers - free. Lying on the beach, we observed such landscapes that truly fascinated our souls: a beautiful view of the mountains and the azure of the Aegean Sea. What could be more beautiful? The hotel has excellent food - there is always a choice of dishes, even for the most indulgent gourmands. Large selection of vegetables, side dishes, meat, fish. Fruits are mostly seasonal. Lots of sweets, national baklava, as well as amazing cakes, desserts, and pies. The chefs are great! Animation – super! The hotel takes care of little guests: a nice corner with swings and all sorts of tunnels where children spend a lot of time. Excellent, friendly, professional animators who work with children and do not leave them unattended. I recommend this hotel for family vacation! The hotel fully corresponds to its cost and declared star rating. Special thanks to the hotel staff for the amazing service!

Hi all. We went abroad for the first time. We focused our attention on the Club Tuana hotel. Read a lot of great reviews. In general, we have long dreamed of silence, fresh air, and the sea. It's all in one here. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Service on top level. Thank you very much to all the service staff. There are few such people. We also found an excellent guide, he immediately provided all the excursions that were possible, he explained everything in detail, so that no questions even arose. The animators are truly a miracle! We didn’t see the child at all, then water polo, then darts, volleyball, in short, everything was great! We were checked in quickly. The room they gave me was great. Very cozy and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. The food was very tasty. Even our child ran for more. In general, thank you all very much for the warm welcome and service. We hope to come next year, also in May!

Not Ultra All Inclusive: safe and minibar for an additional fee, there is no kettle in the room, bottled water is not provided in the room, there is only one Russian channel on TV, the one that is constantly yelling at each other, there is no Wi-Fi in the room. Be careful when choosing of this hotel!! It has a club part - these are buildings located near restaurants, the sea, around which all life “boils”, and there is a so-called park part - the buildings are located away from the main territory: a 10-minute walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to seas. For example, with a child - it’s terribly inconvenient!! There are punishments, but you won’t get them, no one will carry you around on purpose! The rooms (we changed 2 rooms) are 3*: the furniture is old, the decoration in the room is very modest. We received “clean” bed linen with some strange stains and stains. Unpleasant ((I’m not picky about rooms, but here I noticed these nuances. The service at the hotel is also comparable to a weak 3*: issues are resolved for a long time and with some irritation. Although the flow of tourists is continuous, the hotel is 100% occupied!! A couple of times for dinner guests (including us) in the restaurant had to wait for a seat. All the tables were occupied. The food seemed varied, but not all of it was tasty. You won’t go hungry, but most likely you won’t get any gastronomic pleasure. It’s more or less tasty only at dinners . Breakfasts - Lunches are the same in dishes and not particularly tasty. If we had been on vacation for more than 5 days, the food would have annoyed me ((On the plus side - a beautiful large, well-groomed area, good animation for adults and wonderful for children, excellent clean sea! !! A lot of children. A lot! Fresh air, sun, sea - this is the first thing we went for, so the overall rating of the trip is 4, but 5 stars for the hotel is space. The real rating is 3 stars!!

I liked everything about the hotel: room, location, food, sea. The list could take a long time. Especially the attitude towards children and the service for children. The restaurant has a special corner for children, interesting plates, small forks, spoons, knives. For the little ones there are blenders, a microwave and a sterilizer. The children's club is excellent, friendly attitude always and everywhere. A beautiful area, very well maintained. Landscape workers work tirelessly. Special thanks to them. We were with children aged 4 years and 9 months. We left the room at 8 am and returned at 9 pm. At any time on the territory you can find a place where you can pleasantly spend any hour - by the sea, by the pool, by the zoo, in the children's club, in a restaurant or on children's playgrounds. The food is varied and tasty. I liked absolutely everything. Thanks to Tuana and Travelata for a wonderful vacation!

The price corresponds to the quality. We were on May holidays, paid very cheaply (70k for 2+1 for 8 nights). What I liked: a beautiful large green well-kept area, a football field, you can pour your own drinks, tea/coffee/cocoa is always available. Lots of greens for lunch and dinner. Everyone was friendly. Good playground, kids club (didn't go). There were some decent shows in the evening. Delicious Turkish coffee at the beach bar. Gözleme (delicious) and ice cream all day (at the mini zoo). Water in any quantity in 0"5 bottles in restaurants and bars. I don't want to drink. The restaurant has a blender for kids and a microwave. The chairs are wiped down and clean ones covered with film. In the open part of the restaurant there is an adjoining children's playground - convenient. What we didn't like: queues in the restaurant - there were no free tables, we waited, looked for somewhere to sit, little fruit - only apples and oranges (and this was during strawberry season! - we bought half a kilo for $3 in the shopping gallery), a lot of fast food (fries, frozen fried burgers deep-fried) spicy soups, a small selection of hot dishes for children (something spicy, something not dietary). In the restaurant you pour alcohol yourself (wine is the cheapest, not tasty), juices - Jupi, male waiters don’t clear dirty plates, you have to ask clean/cover, but the girls are more efficient. We didn’t get any pleasure from the food. The safe in the room is paid for. The room is a little old, but that didn’t matter to us. We lived in 11** rooms, close to the restaurant, in principle I recommend it. Park - far away, take the Club. There is a gym, but quite small. The weather in May was very cold, windy, the sea was cold and so were the pools, we were able to swim only at the end of the holiday - May 13th. There was beach volleyball, some kind of water aerobics, darts, etc., we didn’t go. We didn’t go ala carte, they were on the street, it was very cold in the evening, friends went, got cold and said - nothing (Italian restaurant). Grill Restaurant - paid (did not go). We went to the Erast shopping center (40 minutes by minibus, stops at the hotel) - Waikiki rules. Delicious coffee shop with ice cream at the entrance (Mado). Photographers work on the premises, then sell photos at exorbitant prices (you can haggle). Conclusion: if you buy a tour inexpensively and you are not picky about food, this is an excellent choice. If prices rise during the season, but the service and quality of food do not improve, I would not recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of summer 2019. We liked the hotel area, location close to the airport, pleasant climate, excellent views along the road and around the hotel. Main problems: 1. The closer to summer, the more tourists arrive. For those who like to sleep, there will be no sunbeds around 10 o'clock. And if I at least had the opportunity to carry 20-kilogram sun loungers from the clearings near the beach, then women have no idea what to do. (lying on the sand?). With the arrival of tourists, there seemed to be no free sunbeds left at all. People, realizing this, are shaking for their seats, either without getting up from them, or in the early morning they occupy them with a reserve, putting away all sorts of rubbish. 2. ParkView rooms, according to the reception, are NOT standard, which the tour operator does not inform about. This is an economical option and they look terrible. When purchasing the tour, I thought that the park area was better and differed only in the distance from the animators. No, there economical economy. I had to immediately pay extra and move to the club area. It's good that there was a free room. 3. Animators, except for children's ones, are very sluggish. In general, the daily routine at the hotel is also unclear and unorganized. For some this is a plus. The only thing I liked was the interactive shows for children in the evenings. Hello DorU from Chelyabinsk:) 4. Alcohol is relatively okay, only whiskey. But the Kulup wine, which is distributed in bottles in the canteen, is similar to the vile port wine for 49 rubles that I drank as a student. But port was better. 5. Employees. Some really look unfriendly. But rather, it is the lack of courtesy that is usual in good hotels. After all, Fethiye is a provincial town and local residents far from Parisian manners. The receptionist is trying, but it’s clear that people are exhausted and have no strength left for a positive attitude. 5. What is profitable and free. Firstly, this is a store behind the fence. It is located right behind the kebab house, but you have to go around the fence a little along the road, about 80 meters from the entrance to the park area. There is a good free gym, seemingly free catamarans. The waiters have something like champagne hidden away. NATURAL COFFE! In the snack bar, the staff has a machine. In devices for " ordinary people"instead of coffee there is a strange liquid. 6. Restaurant. Not enough for the flow of people. If you are 10 minutes late, you may have to wander around with plates to look for a table. Very economical menu. You can see how the chefs are trying to make good dishes from a small amount of very cheap ingredients. The chefs are great, the waiter(s) are great. In places there are cockroaches roaming around dying from poison. 7. Rooms. The cleaning ladies are excellent. If you leave a couple of dollars, they clean very well. Perhaps it depends on the building. The rooms themselves are like in a good Soviet boarding house. This is about good rooms. Bad rooms - like in a bad boarding house. There are no toothbrushes, no shampoos. Apparently, the specifics of rural areas. Probably from the employees’ point of view, tourists live in palaces. After all the Marriotts there, at first the hotel is shockingly simple. 8. Sea. Cool pier, the best in the area. There are places to go to the right and left of the beach. There is a mountain river just outside the territory. Minus: if you have a lot of weight, and you also have a child in your arms, then getting out of the sea is hellish suffering. Near the shore there is a strip of sharp stones about two meters wide. Despite all the shortcomings, already on the third or fourth day the local advantages become visible. Wonderful climate, beautiful nature, excellent views, and as a bonus you can lose a little weight :) Overall, the hotel and Fethiye leave a good impression.

Nice hotel located on the first line. A very large hotel area, close to the beach, accommodation in separate houses. From Fethiye half an hour by minibus. All stores are located in Fethiye. Cleaning is daily. The staff is correct. Animation is not for everyone, there is a disco for children. Large, beautiful, well-groomed area, good alcohol, as much as you want and whenever you want. For families with children. Family hotel. Noisy everywhere except the Park area with its own bar and swimming pool. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear everything from the neighbors on the right and left and above. Check-in is bad, it’s not clear what principles and laws apply, roulette, since the number of rooms is very different, if you don’t like the room, they ask $50 per person for another room. The food is normal, there is a lot of fish, beef is only in goulash, etc., Delicious sweet oranges, apples., well, that’s all, there were no other fruits or berries - maybe because it’s May?! There are no waiters, only people who clear dishes from the table, and sometimes without asking; they won’t bring wine even for $. Self-service. But you can take bottles already opened and chilled!!! Entertainment as usual, dart, water. polo, gymnastics in the pool, there was no going to the sea, there were no animators entertaining people, they were all at work. There is football, golf, tennis, billiards, sauna, steam room, hammam for free, as much as you want, massage for money and expensive. In the evening there are dancers, magicians, a disco bar until 2 am. You can spend 30 minutes at sea free of charge, including one ride on a pedalo and a canoe. The sea is clean in calm weather, the approach from the beach is not very good, the stones are at knee-deep water level, and then the sand is at waist level, but there is an excellent pier, there are a lot of fish, they don’t bite your heels like in Marmaris, diving from the pier is fun. The water is clean, in the video you can see the body entering the water in a bunch of bubbles. You can go fishing. The locals are biting. In bars, there is nothing but lemon and ice, not a nut, not an apple. not an orange - a snack. A la carte restaurants are nothing, everything is the same as in the main restaurant, and even in a room that is not entirely separate from the bar, there is no point at all, and we didn’t go to a separate kebab house for money. There are a lot of people, and this is at the beginning of the season, so there is noise everywhere. It's a long drive to Fethiye by minibus. It seems like 17 km, but it goes with stops, like a minibus is filled to capacity with locals. And a taxi, even when shared between 2 families, is 2 times more expensive. There are no bracelets. Security is good. When incidents occur, bars appear as if out of the ground. Those arriving late from the disco bar are escorted off by security guards. so slowly, almost imperceptibly. All in all good hotel, there are peculiar disadvantages inherent in large parks!!! hotels with territory and a bunch of different people. Lots of English and Irish. Those who go to Turkey and to this hotel for the first time will, I think, be delighted. I don’t want to go there a second time.

I liked the hotel, I was especially surprised by the food - a lot of good, high-quality dishes for every taste, including a separate table with desserts and fruits. Bartenders mix simple cocktails of several types. Located some distance from the city of Fethiye, it’s a long walk along the highway (probably an hour and a half to two hours), 15 minutes by car, 40 minutes by minibus - along the way it goes around all the neighboring villages. We lived in rooms that were a little more expensive - closer to the sea, clean, cleaned every day, and have a refrigerator. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, but with varying success - in some places it’s excellent, in others it doesn’t work at all (for example, in the dining room).

Located on the seafront in the ancient Lycian lands, Club Tuana offers all-inclusive accommodation with a private beach. It features a hammam, sauna and spacious pools surrounded by palm trees and wild flowers. This hotel located in unique place, where the Mediterranean and Aegean sea, exotic flowers and orange groves, incense trees and park areas near the seashore.

Tuana is a hotel with which the warmest memories are associated!!! My family and I visited Thuan five times from 2005 to 2019, and we dream of going back there many, many times. Anyone who has visited this place at least once is lucky! The unforgettable atmosphere of celebration, hospitality and fun will remain in your memory for a long time! We travel a lot around the world, visited Europe, the Emirates, the Maldives, Japan... we have been to other Turkish hotels many times, but only to Tuana we return again and again, and we look forward to each trip. I will not repeat myself about the location of the hotel and the number of rooms, food (which in our opinion corresponds!!!)... I would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff and, first of all, the Animation team. During our trips we observed how the composition changedAnimators, but one thing remains unchanged: this feeling that they are waiting for you here and are trying very hard to fill every minute of your holiday with joy. What is happening involves absolutely everyone, and already on the second day of rest you get the feeling that you know everyone here. Nationalities and languages fade into the background. I would like to especially mention the person who has been the heart of Tuana for several years - ADEM KAYA!!! This talented and infinitely kind guy seems to be able to do anything. He arranged crazy games in the pool, conducted aqua aerobics, played various characters on stage, including a charming beauty in the “Best Hotel Couple” competitions, participated in acrobatic performances, hosted sporting events, later became the host of an evening show, and then the chief of animation... but at the same time he does a lot of technical work that we don’t always notice on vacation. Everyone, without exception, from small children to grandparents simply adore Adem. He finds time for every guest and gives a piece of himself to everyone. We really hope to see him again in Thuan in the future! I would also like to mention everyone who has ever given us joy in different seasons and remains in our hearts forever: 2019 Doruk Danisman - animation manager, presenter, charming and sweet. Irem Sahin is a beauty, works with children and participates in evening shows. Dajana Paab is the sweetest Estonian girl, children's animator, sincere and very beautiful. Inna is a beauty and the pride of the hotel, animation for children and adults... We remember many by sight and from photographs, but over the years we have forgotten their names...
