Today, Ikar actively operates flights to Russian cities, even to such distant ones as Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Surgut, etc. Thus, you can purchase air tickets to Far East, bypassing long train rides or plane transfers. The carrier offers direct and fast flights at any time of the year.

The Ikar airline fleet includes 8 airliners. Average age - 17 years. It is noteworthy that several aircraft of the brand Boeing 767-300, which are in the carrier’s arsenal, are painted in branded livery of this company. Thus, they are easy to recognize among the rest.

Overall, Icarus is constantly experimenting, adding aircraft to its fleet, introducing new services and much more. Every year, millions of people use the services of this agency. The airline develops profitable routes and often offers seasonal discounts to its customers. All aircraft provide reliable comfort and safety in the air, so you can safely set off on your flight.

Flight of passengers with disabilities

Transportation of disabled and sick passengers

When transporting a sick or disabled Passenger, the Airline must be provided with a medical report signed by a doctor prior to the flight, containing permission to transport him by air, as well as special requirements for the conditions of carriage of such a Passenger.

Transportation of a disabled or sick person is carried out under the condition that the Airline does not bear any liability to the Passenger for its consequences for him, which is certified by the Passenger's warranty.

After a sick Passenger/disabled person is boarded for a flight, the Airline must notify ground staff at transit, transfer and destination points about the presence of a sick Passenger and/or disabled person on board the aircraft.
In cases where the patient cannot be moved from a stretcher to a chair, the possibility of his transportation is determined by a preliminary agreement between the Airline and the person accompanying the patient.

The airline has the right to refuse to transport a patient on a stretcher if there is no aircraft conditions necessary for the transportation of such patients.

For sick and disabled people, medications, a folding chair (stroller) transported in the cabin, and crutches are transported free of charge and are not included in the free baggage allowance.
A passenger transported with an electric wheelchair is allowed to be transported with an accompanying person, while the electric wheelchair is transported on the aircraft as regular checked baggage.

The airline provides information to the destination or transfer point that there is a Passenger with a wheelchair on board. This information indicates the name of the Passenger, the location of the stroller and separately located electric batteries.

In order to ensure flight safety, meet technical or operational requirements, the Airline may limit the number or refuse to transport sick (disabled) passengers on any of its flights, even if qualified escort is available.

Transportation of blind/deaf passengers

When transporting a blind/deaf Passenger, the Carrier must be presented with the relevant documents (pension certificate, certificate of special training for a guide dog). A blind/deaf Passenger is transported with an accompanying person or accompanied by a guide dog. If there is no accompanying person, the agent, when reserving a seat for a blind/deaf Passenger, must warn the Airline about this fact in order to assist such Passenger during check-in and delivery to the aircraft.

When a blind/deaf Passenger is accompanied by a guide dog, the dog is allowed to travel free of charge in the economy class passenger cabin of the aircraft in excess of the free baggage allowance. The passenger must have documents confirming the ownership and training of the dog; the dog must have a collar and muzzle. A passenger with a dog is placed in the rear rows of seats in the passenger compartment, and the dog must be tied to the owner's seat at his feet.
