Being fans of Asia, we decided to relax in Turkey in a hotel of a similar level. We chose it based on reviews as usual. Therefore, we were prepared for the unpleasant moments that in fact exist. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a strange Russian-speaking woman with a Baltic accent, with a manic hatred of Russians (you can play a guard in a concentration camp without makeup in a movie). When you check in, you are informed that you are lucky and you will get the worst room available. Then, also without paying attention to you, they inform you that 55 dollars will help us get into a room with a sea view. At the moment of agreement and transfer of money, a light radiating goodness appears on her face, which disappears just as suddenly as the money in her pocket. The refrigerator in the room did not work, they came to look only on the 4th day (they reported that it wasFine. after all, the refrigerator is not plus 30) The room is tired, but not critical. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool and two puddles, one of which has good slides. Animators repeat the same daily program for two weeks. Hotel entertainment is tailored for children. Here you can safely leave them to trained people and forget them until nightfall. Entertainment in the evening for adults for two (((The save is the unlimited alcohol bar, where all the people flock. The Internet is only at the reception, in other places it is paid. The food is not as tasty as in Asia, but varied. The fruits are the cheapest and there is no choice. Experienced they said that the canteen here is the best of all the hotels in Kanakly (I don’t know, I don’t want to believe them). The sea is clean, but entry is difficult due to sharp stones when you’re not used to it, but there is a pier for a comfortable descent into the water. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, we didn’t have to borrow . The hotel is designed for the British and Germans, but there are many Poles, Czechs, Ukrainians and Russians. If you are embarrassed by your compatriots, this is the place for you. Look at the comparison and see how they behave and the shame will go away. Drunk Germans and Englishmen lying in the pool in their clothes are still the same “Tagil” is not all of course, but the majority. Good afternoon I want to write a review about "Heaven on Earth". A truly wonderful place for a family holiday, excellent, solid 4*. The only thing that slightly darkened our stay was that upon check-in we were given a room in a separate, strange building, the windows of which overlooked the roadway and the dog that lived right under the window barked terribly. After 2 days we were moved to a room in the main hotel building and we forgot about those unpleasant experiences. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are very friendly. When we checked into the room, the woman who cleans the rooms gave us a flower, hugged us and said something in Turkish, probably something good, and smiled. I really liked the guys from the animation, they entertained the people, invited them to aerobics, gymnastics, or other activities, verygreat, every day there is something new, the program is interesting and entertaining. I can’t help but say something pleasant about the hotel territory; in no place where we passed or stopped, I have not seen so much greenery on the territory!!! It's very beautiful and cool. The advantage of the Turtash hotel is that the beach is right there, you don’t need to go through underground passages or overpasses, it’s especially good for children who want to go to the pool, go to the slides, or come to the beach to see their parents... The hotel is definitely not 4 stars. At the reception, the only person who was friendly was the guy who carried the suitcases, always smiling; the woman Inga was clearly not happy with the vacationers, she did not answer questions in a friendly manner (I can understand her, some people behaved arrogantly). There is very little space in the lobby, there are always a lot of people, you don’t have to try to access the Internet (I think there are always a lot of tourists in this hotel, so something could be done with the Internet), the bar is self-service, there are 2 elevators and they are always busy. The rooms are very small, the “large” bed is less than 1.80 (my husband’s legs were hanging off), the bedding is already worn out and in some places singed, the blankets - well, I don’t know how many decades they are and are uncleaned. And more artificial flowers!!! I've never seen anything like this before. Samples include 3 ear sticks, 3 cotton pads and 2 hatsfor the shower (for 7 days), there is liquid soap at the sink, but not in the shower (just an empty container hanging), the brush is terrible, the smell is the same!!! The rooms were cleaned not bad. Beach towels 7 euros (deposit), with a very unfriendly employee. The food is delicious and thanks to the waiters and cooks!)) Cool slides! Opposite the Excursions hotel - cheaper than at the hotel (for example, 65 euros - Pamukkale from a tour operator, on excursions - $40), we went to Pamukkale - it’s worth it, but if they offer to stop at the “red waters” on the way, don’t agree, they exist, but we were taken to some private yard with 3 swimming pools (after the trip I looked on Google, these waters with swimming pools are located in the park), they also bought a “spa” in Excursions - they said for 2 hours (it was like this - 10 min. bathhouse, 5 min. hammam type, 5 min. foam massage, 10 minutes massage and 5 minutes mask... that's all) A little further from the Excursions there is a store with leather items and fur coats, and behind it a store with textiles (I will leave a photo below) and things, there is a seller there, I don’t remember, I think Kamil , something like this, in general, he will tell you everything and advise you, we bought bed linen there, he told us how to get to Alanya, where it is better to go and what to see, such a local Google :) Market in the center of Konakli - some sellers are friendly , they treat you to tea and sweets, but most of them are very, very unhappy that they crucified themselves in front of you (even if you don’t ask them anything), and you didn’t buy anything. We vacationed in Turtas in August 2019. We have visited this hotel for the 3rd time and each time we are absolutely satisfied with our stay! 15 days simply flew by for us. Very good hotel, cozy rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful well-groomed green area of the hotel. The food is very good, lunches and dinners are varied. There are always constant snacks throughout the day, so you won’t go hungry. There was a lot of fruit, I especially liked the watermelons and cherries. The bar and restaurant have friendly waiters who do everything with passion. The sea is super! Calm, there were small waves only once in 15 days. Entry into the sea is not entirely convenient, but this did not bother us. There is a pier. There are always free sun loungers. I would like to thank the Animation team. You won't get bored with them! GuysThey try very hard, the whole day is active. Lots of sports training per day, which is great for amateurs active rest. Show program in the evenings. We especially like shows where the animators themselves participate. You'll laugh heartily 😂. I would also like to thank the manager Elena. There were some questions before arriving at the hotel. In the bar on the beach, every day, except Sunday, delicious, according to our compatriots, flatbreads are baked. By the way, you can always snack on a hamburger, pizza, nuggets and other similar dishes there during the day. So if you don’t want to leave the beach until the evening, then you can have lunch right there. Thus, our compatriots had no complaints about the quality of food. True, a number of guests were somewhat surprised by the fact that there were no tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant. However, then they realized that it was even better. After all, tablecloths often get dirty, and they are not changed after each visitor even in five-star hotels. Therefore, this approach allows guests to always eat at a clean table without unsightly stains.

Disadvantage #1 - entry, and especially exit from the sea! Pebbles! Requires special shoes. Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone! We rested at the end of July with our family, in a triple room. If you don’t want to participate in the life of the hotel, no one will force you. Exercises, outdoor games on the beach and by the pool, aqua aerobics, darts. Evening shows are simply fantastic!!! Well done. Children's animation is also present, we did not have small children, but judging by the number of children who gathered at the mini-disco, everyone had fun and interesting, despite the difference in age and nationality.

I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows for in accordance with a given algorithm, searching for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.
I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.
I agree that the text of my consent to the processing of personal data, given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, is stored electronically in a database and/or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to process and transfer personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.
This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be withdrawn by me at any time, and insofar as it concerns a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person by sending a written notice to the Agent by mail.
I hereby confirm that my rights as a subject of personal data have been explained to me by the Agent and are clear to me.
I hereby confirm that the consequences of withdrawing this consent have been explained to me by the Agent and are clear to me.
This Consent is an annex to this Application.
