I really liked the hotel! The hotel interior is impressive! Luxurious! We had a superior deluxe room with sea view. At check-in we were given a room with a side sea view. I contacted the reception with a request, if possible, to change it to a front one. Reception managers Marina and Marcus, whose work I would like to especially note, immediately checked the possibility of changing the room and we found ourselves, one might say, in heaven! 🤩 The room is large, very cozy and beautiful! The room has everything that a 5 star hotel implies. Room cleaning is excellent. All the staff are very polite. Many speak Russian quite well. 👏 Breakfast (we only had breakfast included) is varied, for every taste. The location of the hotel (at the end of the bay) is ideal in my opinion. If you want to get to the center of Naama Bay, it’s a 20-minute walk, or by bus from the hotel, or by taxi for 50 local pounds. But all coastline belongs entirely to the hotel. No one except the residents can pass by or swim by. As a result, it turns out that the entire visible sea belongs only to you. 😄 We will undoubtedly consider this hotel in Sharm! Highly recommend.

There's no such thing

Everything was THE BEST! We spent 8 unforgettable days in this wonderful hotel. We arrived early, were offered coffee at the hotel, and were soon given a room. The room is large, with a beautiful view of the sea, cleaning is daily, very high quality. The hotel staff is attentive and very polite, they care about their reputation. I would especially like to mention the charming receptionist Marina and senior waiter Ahmed Fathy, who tried to make sure you didn’t have any problems! The hotel area is very beautiful and well-groomed. There are two large swimming pools, one of them heated, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi with very warm water, +29. The beach is equipped with two pantones for entering the water, and there are several very beautiful living corals nearby. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, the chef asks every day what you liked best. In the evening there is live music near the pool. Alcoholic drinks and delicious coffee are offered in all bars and restaurants, as well as on the beach and near the pool, a waiter will definitely come up to you and offer to place an order. I wish the team of the Stella di Mare hotel success and prosperity! I'll be happy to come again!

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like. Improve? Unless there are special taps with water for washing your feet after the beach. It’s a shame to waste so much water, including a shower. The shower diffuser sprays water, so it takes a long time to wash off the sand.

I liked the hotel. Unexpectedly for Egypt, there were no comments. Perfectly located. Excellent food. The boss is beyond praise! The stuffed quails alone are worth it! Vegetable juices and mousses are so unusual in Egypt. The menu is varied. Dinners are themed. The "Russian Day" menu included pies, various cutlets, Russian salad and even okroshka. Moreover, it was so tasty that we ate 2 servings each. :-) The staff is very friendly. Everyone seems light and cheerful. And Marina, who works at the reception, is simply wonderful. Calm, caring in a native way, quickly and professionally knows how to help on a particular issue. Special thanks to her. The waiters are attentive and skillful. The tables were set immediately. As soon as you sat down at the table, your drink order was immediately taken. And I even liked the coffee in this hotel. The espresso was so...real. A couple of sips, but strong, with a bright taste. I was also pleased with the cleaning service. There were always 2 people cleaning the room. In the morning. Qualitatively. Without the vulgar tricks of making swans out of towels. Just like in Europe. In the evening they came extra, added drinking water, changed towels... for an evening shower. One of the main advantages is that there was no intrusiveness or hints of tips anywhere, and the work was high-quality, and there were no delays. I would especially like to praise Roma and Mahmud, who work on the beach. We arrived at the beach early. But at 7 am the guys were already on the beach. Clean towels were laid out on ALL sun beds. In other hotels, usually after you ask, and even better if you give money. They even refused to take it here. Saying: "This is our job." I kept wondering: is this kind of service really available in Egypt? Breaking patterns. I also liked that there were no bracelets or cards for getting towels. We had a superior room overlooking the beach. Wonderful. Spacious enough. Two large beds and one extra bed (not a cot) fit easily.

I didn’t like that the booking stated one price, in fact the hotel charged much more. We don’t mind additional payment for really good service, but I wanted the booking to give more real information

I liked absolutely everything.

I didn’t like the imposition of services! The cleaner brought water and juice to the room in a small package! He put it on the table silently and left! And then upon departure they gave me a bill of 18 dollars! It's not much, but it wasn't pleasant! Water turned out to be free, but juice was paid for! We were only warned that there was a charge for the bar in the refrigerator! We didn't use it! The managers are unperturbed!

Sea! The food in the restaurant is varied! Transfer to Naama Bay! The staff on the beach is courteous! Beautiful area!

The fact that the declared all-inclusive, in our opinion, did not correspond to all-inclusive. There were no snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the first day, being late for breakfast, we came for lunch called continental, as far as I understood before, these are buns with butter, cheeses, boiled eggs, i.e. Almost a full breakfast. But it turned out they were just sweet buns, which we refused and decided to wait for lunch, which was supposed to start in 1.5 hours. Not fatal, but not pleasant, and there were quite a few such little things. Ice cream is paid, the bar only gives tips through the waiter.

The hotel is good, the location is excellent, the beach is excellent.

“During the 5 years of our absence, we have not seen any changes in the hotel. Alas!"

  • . Rest

  • . 8 nights stay

1. Alas, we were already disappointed at the first stage (even before the trip). The fact is that we had a very early check-in and we tried to coordinate this issue in advance (getting a room at that time, any room!!!) with the hotel managers. The answer was standard: if possible. Getting ready for worst case scenario, but persistence did its job and we got a decent number, which we subsequently did not change to what we expected to get according to our reservation. 2. Don’t believe any “geniuses” or slandering imaginary statuses and privileges - none of this works! Only money: your every whim will be fulfilled, but for an appropriate fee. Moreover, the price of the issue will depend on your bargaining skills (the East is a delicate matter, Petrukha!!! ;)) 3. When booking a room, when paying for it and in subsequent correspondence with the hotel, we very specifically outlined what we would like to get for our money . As a result, upon arrival, the room we had booked in the cottages was not available. Subsequently (three!!! days later we were shown a room in the cottage, but it was even a lower class than the one that was provided to us upon arrival (in the main building of the hotel). There were no other offers and we refused this option. And this , that the end of September in Egypt was no longer the season, and the hotel was about a third full! 4. Paid hotel services also raised questions and, to put it mildly, some dissatisfaction. First of all, this applies to the hotel’s dive center. (My husband will tell you about this , because diving is his hobby) I ordered and partially paid for diving on the reefs of the island of Tiran. A time and place of collection were appointed. However, upon arrival at the bus, I was not on the list and they simply did not let me on the bus, slamming the door . No one began to understand anything! Only with my persistence I managed to ensure that my dive took place. But the mood was ruined! 5. The work of the elevators surprised me! Their periodic shutdown (or breakdown?) at the most inopportune times (breakfast, dinner ).

We haven’t been to Egypt for five years (only because flights to resorts were cancelled). And despite some difficulties with the flight, we still decided to relax in Sharm, on the beautiful coast of the Red Sea. We didn’t even consider alternatives to hotels: we really liked this hotel during our first stay (but not in Egypt, there were other hotels) and we decided to stay in it, hoping for the attention and responsiveness of the staff. Alas, we were already disappointed at the first stage (even before the trip) (but more on that in the cons). The weather was pleasant: the end of September, when the season was already over, turned out to be very hot. And the hotel beaches and pools were half empty. There were plenty of places! There were no problems with food either - everything was great! The selection of products was varied and changed almost daily. Special thanks to the chefs who worked with the guests! By the way, almost all the hotel restaurants were also empty. But previously it was possible to get there only by appointment. Many thanks to the animation team (mostly girls)! Almost every day (there were guest artists a couple of times) they presented interesting evening shows, which almost all the hotel guests came to watch. And during the day, these beauties worked very hard at various sites, were polite and attentive. There are no complaints about the room: spacious, with all amenities, with a balcony and good view to Naama Bay, in relatively quiet corner main hotel building. Room cleaning (in our opinion) is thorough, optional - daily with replacement of all linen. And of course, the well-known towel swans cannot be found here! :) What can I say: if it’s good, it’s good! Special thanks from me to the spa and its employees! I got even more of what I wanted (and I didn’t even know what I wanted ;-))! I was surprised by the literally empty Egypt, empty Old city with its wonderful oriental bazaar! Sadly! With all my heart I wish your country to quickly get through these difficult times.

Cleanliness, beautiful beach, view from the windows.

Location. Stealla De Mare Resort and Spa 5 * this new and modern hotel is conveniently located in an elevated position in the center of Naama Bay, just a 5-minute walk from the city's main promenade.

Territory. The hotel has a small and very beautiful area, many grottoes, places for romantic dinners, benches for two, not on the edge of a cliff, everything is safely fenced, it’s nice to see that there are no non-working light bulbs or crookedly trimmed lawns anywhere. Stella De Mare Sharm 5* has a very modern and fashionable design. Stella di Mare is as if carved into the rock above the cliff, the reception is on the 8th floor, and the descent to the beach is via transparent elevators, but not along many steps and paths, as in most hotels in Sharm. Large glass hall with transparent elevators. There is a games room on each floor. The hotel area is very well-groomed, clean, it’s amazing that everything is done very clearly and with high quality. The hotel is designed so that access to the sea, restaurants and reception is convenient from almost all rooms.

Accommodation. The hotel rooms fully correspond to the category, everything is new and clean. The room has everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers and a tea set. Stella Di Mare Sharm is built in such a way that 70% of the rooms face the sea. The reception works excellently, check-in strictly according to the voucher, they ask what floor and view you want, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Stella Di Mare is certainly captivating. There is always a Russian representative at the hotel. The room has a free internet line.

Beach in Stella De Mare is located on a cliff, wide terraces on several levels. The hotel does not have cards for towels; you can take them anywhere and as many as you like and leave them where you last used them. The beach workers give you 3 towels at once, one for the sunbed, rolled up under your head, and one more to protect you from the wind and sun. They will constantly offer you cold water from a siphon, wipe your mask or glasses, and bring you cold watermelons and melons without ordering. Entry into the sea is only from a pontoon, the hotel has a beautiful reef and convenient entry into the sea, the hotel’s beach is perfectly protected from the wind by the steep cliff on which the hotel is built.

Nutrition The hotel has a lot of variety and has theme nights every day. In the restaurants, as in the entire hotel, great attention is paid to appearance and server. The food is very tasty, and during dinners the chefs put on a live show. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 2 more, fish and Mediterranean. Ala Carte restaurants, like the main one, will delight you with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Animation and Entertainment. The hotel has a very tactful and at the same time professional Animation team, there are Russian-speaking Animators. The hotel is designed for a romantic getaway, the animators work well, but without disturbing tourists. The hotel has many games rooms with billiards, hand football and computer games. The hotel has free internet everywhere. Stella De Mare has a children's room and playground, but there are usually few children in the hotel.

Neighborhood. Stella De Mare Spa resort— conveniently located in the city center, the main promenade of the city of Namma Bay can be reached in a couple of minutes. You won’t be bored here in the evenings; you can walk around the city, go to night club, smoke a hookah and sit in a restaurant.

Summing up. Stella Di Mare Sharm Beach Hotel & Spa 5 new hotel, which of course is felt thanks to the modern style and design of the hotel. The hotel has simply excellent service, everyone is very helpful, no one asks for tips, the staff is friendly and smiling. Stella Di Mare claims to be a luxury hotel and honestly deserves this status. The hotel is ideal for a romantic or relaxing holiday for guests who value service and convenience.

We returned from the hotel absolutely delighted! We went as two couples without children. The hotel is simply magnificent. This is not the first time we have vacationed in Egypt, but only this time the hotel turned out to be impeccable. Before that, we were in Maritim Naama Bay and Concord on the first line.
So this is just heaven and earth. In order! Firstly, excellent service at the reception, we arrived at the hotel around 15:00, we were checked in within 10 minutes, this included filling out cards, drinking cold hibiscus and wiping our hands and face with wet wipes. The rooms, as requested by the travel agency, were given nearby without prior reminder. Both rooms have sea views. And the view is most luxurious. The hotel is built in a high-rise building along a steep cliff, which is rare for Sharm El Sheikh, so most rooms have a direct view of the sea. The rooms are spacious, with good quality furniture, everything is quite simple, but of high quality. I liked the mattresses, the bed linen was snow-white, the towels also looked very clean and almost new, a few torn threads did not count. The room had a set of tea and coffee, which was periodically replenished by the cleaner, and there were also slippers and bathrobes waiting for us in the bathroom. The cleaner was only seen in the corridor; he greeted us warmly and asked in English if we needed anything. He cleaned quite well in our absence, for which he received tips every three days for 2-3 dollars.
The grounds were amazing too. Such an abundance of flowers and flowering shrubs had never been seen in Egypt before. Plus, all this riot of colors was incredibly fragrant. Everywhere is naturally perfect cleanliness. The pools have very clean water and there are plenty of sun loungers everywhere. It is difficult to get lost in the hotel; the main landmark is the sea. The beach is very spacious. At the entrance, a whip boy greeted us, gave us towels, laid them out, then the waiter regularly visited and asked if we wanted something to drink. At the hotel, even our fellow citizens willingly give tips, as the service is pleasing. There is no division by nationality. The sea is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, the reef is dead in places, but this does not detract from its merits. The downside was the somewhat dirty sea in the evening, as many yachts sailed past and did not hesitate to dump waste into the sea.
The food is good. We are not very picky about food, and we try not to overeat on vacation, so only the freshness of the food is important to us. We never felt bad at the hotel. Among the interesting things were aperitifs and salads with crabs and shrimp, lightly salted red fish, a variety of soups and grilled food for dinner. It’s difficult to stay hungry; even discerning tourists will have something to choose from. To maintain physical fitness, we visited the gym; it is not large, but with a basic set of sports equipment. I liked the massage, my friend took the “Cleopatra” procedure, she also really liked it. You can also sit in the jacuzzi and pedal the pedal boat in the outdoor pool. The hotel lacked good coffee (we are picky at this point), the alcohol was local, but of good quality. The bartenders boldly experimented and turned out very interesting cocktails, although we don’t drink much.
There is practically no entertainment in the hotel. The animation is moderate, good live music in the evenings. We entertained ourselves on our own, since weak animation is better than meaningless noise and commotion from morning to night. From the hotel you can go to Naama Bay or Hollywood, whichever is closer. We also went to Soho. The downside of the hotel is the weak Internet signal, it’s simply impossible to talk to family on Viber, we only corresponded in chat. Also, some tourists complained about the abundance of ants in the bungalows. We were on the 5th floor, this problem did not affect us. Parents with children complained about the lack of a playground. This is from what I overheard on the beach. In addition, we went on an excursion to Petra. Last year we celebrated with a trip to Israel; then we had no energy left to go to Jordan. This time we went with the same Red Sea Travel agency, everything was perfectly organized, the guide Islam in Petra was simply magnificent.
We plan to return to the hotel next summer. We thank the staff for a great hotel and excellent service.

It just so happened that my husband and I didn’t succeed right away. Honeymoon. And one year late they combined it with their wedding anniversary. We chose the hotel very seriously, as we had read reviews about poor service and unsanitary conditions in Egypt. Before this, they preferred beach holidays in Europe (Spain, Croatia, Montenegro). Now I will report on my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh.
We arrived on time, we were checked into main building to a room with sea view on the fifth floor. The view from the window is most luxurious; to get one like this in Europe, you have to pay crazy money. The room fully corresponds to 5 stars. The furniture is stylish, the decor is tasteful. Everything in the bathroom is immaculately clean. Only the brush is missing for some reason. The cleaning is excellent, the housekeeper tries to clean unnoticed. For the first couple of days we didn’t have any small money available, so we didn’t leave a tip; it didn’t affect the quality of the cleaning in any way.
The hotel area is very beautiful and well-groomed. There is less greenery than in Europe, this is understandable. But the plantings look very decent. The pools are very clean, no chlorine smell. The beach is divided into 2 parts: with a bar and music and a calm part. Both here and there, the beach boy will bring you towels and spread them on the sun loungers you have chosen. This makes me happy. For the first time we took the all-inclusive system. In this hotel it is worth the money. Alcohol in bars (wine and beer) good quality, we don’t use strong drinks, juices from packages and cocktails are delicious. Everything is served very culturally and politely. Even without a tip. That's why I want to leave a tip. Each part of the beach has its own pontoon. Entrance to the sea is only from the pontoon, so we do not recommend it for non-swimmers and small children. Of course, the Red Sea was even more impressive than the hotel: pure water, living coral reef, lots of fish. This has never been seen anywhere before. Considering the heat and the beauty of the underwater world, I didn’t want to get out of the water. It was with regret that we left the sea at 11:00, because we were afraid of getting badly sunburned due to our light skin. We returned around 16:00. We got a good night's sleep.
The food at the hotel is good, but not for us. I frankly missed more juicy meat, and in Egypt, as I understand it, it is customary to overcook and not undercook. The choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner is decent. The reason for dissatisfaction lies in our taste preferences, and not in the skill of the chef. Many hotel guests were 100% satisfied with the food. Breakfasts were typical for seaside hotels: omelettes, muesli, cereals, several types of yoghurts, fruits and delicious pastries. In general, the baking was beyond praise, although we do not have a sweet tooth. For lunch, I especially liked the soups, as I already wrote, chicken, and there was also surprisingly tasty lamb. There are a lot of side dishes, I didn’t like all of them, I’ll mention the local moussaka (eggplant dish). Dinners for us were a different variation of lunches.
Once we went to the city in Naama Bay, we didn’t like it. There are frantic traders everywhere, shouting, calling, whistling and saying indecent words. I honestly don’t understand why tourists go there. We never left the hotel again. To go on excursions, we contacted the Red Sea Travel company via the Internet from the lobby. Before leaving, we accidentally came across their website and asked for advice in choosing a hotel from several. They came to the rescue, and therefore already at the hotel we booked an excursion to Petra from them. Still delighted with ancient city and an interesting story from the Jordanian guide. You are lucky if you find a guide who speaks excellent Russian and loves his country very much. After that we went on another Super Safari (St. Catherine’s Monastery and the Colored Canyon), which also left pleasant memories.
Your first time in Egypt will not be your last. If we return to Sharm El Sheikh, then only to Stella Di Mare.

The hotel lives up to its name and stars. Cleanliness, comfort, huge territory, everything is well maintained. Just a piece of paradise in the desert. attentive, sensitive staff. Near the border with Israel and Jordan, which is very convenient for excursions. They took care of this at home, ordering them on the website, Sinai travel dot ru.
Lots of greenery. Neat, clean pools. Unlike others, especially Turkey, there are completely no queues in restaurants and beach bars. In general, until the day of departure, the feeling of emptiness in the hotel did not leave. The food is decent. There was crab soup, squid, mussels, fish and meat all the time, not a lot of fruits and vegetables, but quite enough according to the season, although there could have been more fruit. Excellent beer, good whiskey and rum. They gave us as much water as we wanted, as well as take-out tonics, soda, etc. Not bad animation.
The hotel is very quiet, calm, setting you up for a good rest.
The beach is large, very clean, cleaned daily.
We went to Israel and Jordan. The tour was taken, as planned at home, from Sinai Travel, a local inexpensive company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. We were very pleased with the trip.
