After breakfast, we offer you a trip to Listvyanka, located just 65 km from Irkutsk, on the shore of the sacred Lake Baikal. Taltsy Museum
The Taltsy Architectural and Ethnographic Museum is a unique collection of historical, architectural and ethnographic monuments of the 17th–19th centuries. The museum is located on the picturesque bank of the Angara River, at the 47th kilometer of the Baikal Highway. Here, four historical and cultural zones of the Baikal region are retrospectively recreated: Russian, Buryat, Evenki and Tofalar.

Source of the Angara
The source of the Angara is the widest and largest in the world (863 m). The Angara is the only river that flows out of the lake. At the source it is shallow, the predominant depth is about 2 meters, in some places increasing to 4-6 meters. St. Nicholas Church
As legend tells, one day the Irkutsk merchant Xenophon Serebryakov was caught in a strong storm on Lake Baikal. This article will not include places and corners where only select or sophisticated travelers go. And yet, Lake Baikal is very large, I have not heard of a single person who walked around or around it and studied it during one vacation. The people explore Baikal in parts. Shamanka Rock
Lake Tagley
Very beautiful place. Lake Tagley is located in the upper reaches of the Temnik River, among the mountain taiga, at an altitude of approximately 1500 meters above sea level. Around the valley of the same name, Tagleyskaya Valley. It is approximately 10-12 kilometers long and only 3-4 meters deep. 
Due to the shallow depth, the water is quite warm despite its mountainous location. The lake is fresh and contains a large variety of fish, which attracts fishermen. Scientists studying the lake claim that the water has healing properties.
Lake Shara-Nur
This small lake in the mountainous part attracts tourists no less than Baikal itself. Shara-Nur translated from Buryat means “Yellow Lake”. The water in the lake is warm, mineral, soft, and swimming there is a pleasure!
The water and mud of the lake have medicinal properties. Swimming here is recommended for arthritis or just for the sake of improving overall health. Healing mud from the bottom of the lake has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and helps with skin diseases. 
Lake Shara-Nur is located in the center of the island, 6 kilometers from the village of Yalga.

We return to . Another significant place on Olkhon is Cape Khoboy, which is the extreme northern point islands. Translated from Buryat, the name means “molar tooth”, “fang”. Indeed, from the sea side, this columnar rock resembles a sharp fang and is very similar to the female profile with a bust, as carved on ancient Greek galleys. At Cape Khoboy you can hear an amazing polyphonic echo reflecting from the rock. 
Rare and relict herbs are found on the cape. In winter, it is interesting to visit the grottoes, fabulously decorated with splashed ice and transparent icicles. The entrances to the grottoes are at water level and oriented to the north.
Ushkany Islands
On the rocky beaches of these small islands (not far from the Holy Nose) is a favorite place of the Baikal seal. In May-June, hundreds of them crawl ashore, just at this moment they can be captured from the water. 
Peschanaya Bay
One of the most picturesque sights of Baikal, famous primarily for its “stilted” trees formed due to weathering of the soil, and its gorgeous sandy beach. Surrounded by the taiga slopes of the Primorsky Range. 
The distance by water is from to about 80 km.
Hot thermal spring "Goudzhekit"
The Goudzhekit hot spring is located 25 km from the city and 50 km from the village of Nizhneangarsk, in the beautiful foothills of the Baikal ridge, in the armhole of the Goudzhekit river of the same name. This source was discovered recently and completely by accident. In 1989, they made wells for water, and found not just water, but thermal water. Subsequently, despite the years of perestroika, a hydropathic clinic, a tourist center and a hotel were built. Guests are welcome here all year round.
During the winter season, the tourist base offers active recreation. Built three kilometers from the source ski slope, descent on snowboards and sleighs. And in the summer, walks in the mountains, picking berries and mushrooms. The depth of the well is 170 meters. The water is fluoride-hydrocarbonate, with admixtures of radon, silicon, and sodium.
Hot thermal spring "Dzelinda"
Hot thermal spring“Dzelinda” is also located in the northern part of the Baikal region, in the valley of the Upper Angara River, at the mouth of its right tributary – the Dzelinda River. Prizhaishte settlements: the village of Angoy - 2 5 km, the village of Nizhneangarsk - 70 km and the city of Severobaikalsk - 92 km.
The water in the source has a temperature of +44 ... +52 degrees Celsius all year round. Its composition is sulfate-hydrocarbonate sodium with a slight odor of hydrogen sulfide. 
Crystal Lake
Mountain lake with amazingly clear “crystal” water. Located approximately 7 km from Arshan Resort. One of the walking routes from Arshan. 
Crystal Lake is located in a picturesque corner Tunka Valley, at an altitude of 1776 m above sea level. The degree of mineralization is very high, so due to the large amount of salt in the water there are no fish or plankton in the lake. Hence the second name of the lake – Dead.
Transbaikalsky National Park
Zabaikalsky national park located in Buryatia, on the territory of the Barguzinsky district. It extends along the eastern shore of Lake Baikal. On its territory there are vast lands of a bird sanctuary where populations are preserved rare species that live and nest here. There is also an area that can be called open, where tourist facilities are located.

Baikal-Lena Nature Reserve
On the territory of this reserve there are 100 km of the western coast of Baikal, the Baikal ridge and the endless taiga of the watershed of the sources. This is the largest nature reserve in the Lake Baikal area.

Pribaikalsky National Park
It is located in the Irkutsk region, on the northern coast of the middle and southern part of Lake Baikal. 
The park's territory is a narrow strip 470 km long along the western coast of Lake Baikal - from the village in the south to Cape Kocherikovsky in the north. We can say that this is the most “extended” of national parks Russia.
Source of "Inexhaustible Hope"
“The springs of Khongor-Uul, or the springs of “Inexhaustible Hope”” are located near the Gurbi-Daban ridge in the valley of the Kharagun River, near the village of Zhemchug. They are a balneological resort with 10 springs mineral waters. The springs of Khongor-Uul are rich in various minerals, including sulfates, carbonates, sodium, calcium, magnesium and other useful substances.
